“I stopped by this FedEx ship center to pick up an item that we kept missing during delivery. This place doesn't have that many parking spots but it wasn't an issue when I came. I walked inside and there was only 1 person working. I give them the fedex slip that they left for pickup and showed him my ID. He then went to the back to get my package. The process was simple and I was out of there within 5 minutes.”

“You have earned a loyal customer and I will recommend to all. TG, Samira and the crew were phenomenal. I needed to format and print service bulletins for my mother's memorial service. We were so time pressed and flustered as this was so unexpected. TG understood the sensitivity of our situation; she formatted what I had produced on my laptop to "fit" properly into pamphlet or booklet form. The result was stunning. “Honestly, Tahoura gave me the best service I’ve had in a long time. She was incredibly patient, super understanding, and really listened to what I needed, which doesn’t happen often these days.
