“Honestly, Tahoura gave me the best service I’ve had in a long time. She was incredibly patient, super understanding, and really listened to what I needed, which doesn’t happen often these days.
Even while helping other people, she stayed totally focused on me and made sure I felt supported the whole time.
English isn’t my first language, but she never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.

“I stopped by this FedEx ship center to pick up an item that we kept missing during delivery. This place doesn't have that many parking spots but it wasn't an issue when I came. I walked inside and there was only 1 person working. I give them the fedex slip that they left for pickup and showed him my ID. He then went to the back to get my package. The process was simple and I was out of there within 5 minutes.”
