It’s Saturday 12:30pm 8/17/24….stopped by Sephora in kohls in northridge to return my tower 28 skin tint. I’ve only used it 3 times since I’ve had it but didn’t like how it made me look so shiny. I kept it in my makeup bag so it got dirty being in there. When I returned it, I put it back in the box and when returning it the cashier made such a rude effin comment that I had to create a google email
Just to leave a review. She said just to let me
Know, she will accept the product back but in the future they will not let me return it since I used “a lot” of the product. She assumed because it was dirty, that I used a lot of it. Then she said don’t worry, I will still take it. Uuuughhhhhhhhhh the nerve of her! Pisses me off cuz I really didn’t use it

I come to this kohls typically to do my Amazon returns & I have to say this Sephora is so convenient in comparison to the one in the mall, and I just love their team! Jennifer is so sweet and knowledgeable, I love stopping by the days she’s there ! Very attentive and patient :)

I would like to thank Hailey for her amazing customer service skills , she assisted me to find the correct concealer for my skin type , I spoke with her about what I was looking for and what I liked to use on my face and she was so helpful and her patience was great. We had a horrible experience with the Kohl's website repeatedly canceling our order for no valid reason, but we were eventually able to fix the glitch by calling customer service.
We picked up an order at the Northridge location, and it was super fast and easy. I was impressed by how quick and streamlined the pickup process was. We'll likely try pick-up again because it was so easy and this helped me feel a little better about the previous issues we had. Thanks!

Terrible experience, especially with online orders. I just gave up and stopped ordering here. Even told me I picked up my order despite my order not even being there

Just called to cancel my pick up order and was placed in hold twice trying to find help and my issue was not resolved to where the third time I was placed on hold the phone rang til teleprompter told me this company does not take voicemails and disconnected the line.

Had a great experience with Melissa. I needed to overhaul my makeup and she was so patient with me and was able to really zero in on the right colors for my skin color. Didn't push any particular brand and kept my budget in mind. Definitely recommend.

Haven't worn nor purchased makeup since before the pandemic. Felt so lost trying to find the right makeup for my skin color, type, etc. Andrea assisted me in finding what I needed. Andrea was attentive, knowledgeable and so incredibly kind. Great experience from start to finish!!

Dude I came here 10 minutes before closing and I was just wanting to grab a thing or 2 and they where helping EVERYONE else but me and then proceeded to tell me they couldn't help me and they are closing the registers so I have to come to the front when I didn't even find what I was looking for because no one helped me they literally just pointed to things and made me look for them this made me so mad because I went to another Sephora the other day and the service was immaculate they helped me with everything I needed. but this one is not it .

Clean and had everything we needed for back to school clothes for the boys. We were able to use my 30% off plus an additional 10$ off of 50$ and threw it all on my charge card.

I came here to claim my free birthday gift and the employee was so nice. I asked if I needed to buy anything to get the gift and she said no not at all. She took me up to the register, showed me my options and even told me if I didn't like any they had other options at other Sephora stores. I picked one since I was there and went on my way. The store was very clean and organized and the employee was so nice and helpful. If I need to go to Sephora I will definitely be back!

Do not shop Sephora at Kohls!!!! They claim to have a different policy from stand alone stores. I tried to even exchange a product and all I had was and even exchange receipt. Ivannia and Tracy stated that without an original receipt they couldn't do anything for me. Ivannia was rude and a bit of a smart a*** Also that Kohls policy doesn't allow them to even exchange without an original receipt because it is considered "final sale" which they failed to inform me. At the stand alone stores even without a receipt I have been able to exchange or return, so as long I bought the product using my Beauty insider information. I suggest go to the stand alone Sephora ONLY!

I came here twice this weekend and had great service. I bought a matte setting spray yesterday and the cashier (so sad I forgot her name) was so nice and personable. I had to come back today to exchange the matte setting spray, and Yosselin was super helpful in that! She gave me advice on which one to choose based on my skin, and made the transaction quick and smooth. Thank you!
