The employees for bulletproof vests following me around the store make you feel very uncomfortable but they do have a nice clothing selection, with that being said it is worth looking to see if you like anything they have for sale.

I wish the sales associates were more friendly and knowledgeable about what they carry. When I asked if they carried certain sizes, they dismissed me with "go check for yourself." Makes me hesitant to want to shop here when I constantly get similar attitudes... the deals can be pretty good, though.

I returned an item i bought at simi valley and a filipino cashier told me if i was sure that was the right item? Why can’t she look at the receipt and the upc number on the item to make sure that was the right item instead of asking me? If the people working on the backtoom made a mistake on putting barcode , it ‘s NOT a customer's fault . She was so rude

Whoever is running the store is not doing it right. Every time I come the line for the cashiers comes is down the middle of the store towards tho fitting rooms. No matter what time of the day I come it’s the same.!!! Terrible. HIRE MORE CASHIERS!

I didn't like the treatment of the very despotic cashier. The cashier, already of age, is arrogant. and her treatment was like she was the owner of the store. He gave me the merchandise without bags. I asked him to put whatever I bought in the bag even if I paid him more money... he wants to save Ross. How are they going to give him something? The day they fire her they will kick her and everything she did for the store will not be worth it if she is bitter... her name is ELINEE.

In the particular above store everyone from security to cashier to jewelry counter to fitting room associates were rude and unhappy. Really worst experience if I wasn’t on the time crunch I would never spend my hard earn money at such place where no one is welcoming and giving me horrible vibes. What was the criteria of the Ross customer service rude and mean towards the customers. I really want someone to take actions against this they made me feel horrible. The way security guys walking around me made me think I m a thief. The jewelry counter lady don’t know name she is middle age, I liked one of the bracelet asked to hold for me meantime I will look around. First she was forcing me to buy some other bracelet don’t know why she was bossy. I told her to put on hold when I came back the bracelet I put on hold box was badly messed up it was fine before I asked the lady what happened it was fine before she said it is Ross what you expect buy something else so I end up not buying it. Since I was on time crunch Still spend more than $250.
They can’t respect their own job how they will respect the customers. I definitely want you guys to educate your employees how to speak with customers. I always preferred better experience than of a good deal. So I will never recommend my friends and family to go that particular store. And I request to take strict actions.

On Wednesday evening, I went to the cash register to pay my shoes. The cashier, an elderly woman, was removing my shoe’s alarm while chatting with her friend at the nearby counter. As she struggled to pull it out, because her eyes are not on the job she was doing, the cord was tangled and she started yanking harder. I gently pointed out where it was stuck, so she wouldn’t damage the shoes and said “be careful, please “. However, as soon as I said that, she gave me an arrogant look and replied with a snooty tone, “ I’am being careful, why would I damage your shoes?”
I was taken aback and didn’t know what to say. I was quite shocking. I’d never seen anyone serve with such a rudeness, especially not in a place like America…

Customer service. They have a rule for the fitting rooms not allowing a parent to go in with their child. I'm sorry I am not letting my child out of my sight. A child being in there alone anything can happen. Molestation, kidnapping and/or rape. Definitely will not be shopping there anymore. They don't even deserve one star.
