Repair of my 2003 Lincoln LS by the mechanics at RM has been masterful. They care about my car as much as I do. Yes, after 20 years, my Lincoln needs "special attention" as it battles the inexorable wear and tear of highway driving, but I continue to marvel at both the engineering of that LS engine and RM's devotion to keeping it operating according to factory specifications. Thank you, RM.

Fantastic Service! I've taken my car to this shop twice already and each time has been a pleasant experience. They offer loaner cars for free if your car is staying multiple days at the shop; or if your car is only staying there for a few hours then they offer you a shuttle ride. They are friendly and transparent, which always makes the process smoother.
I should also mention that they were able fit me into their busy schedules. My AC was out it was going to be a week of brutal heat, so that was nice of them to help me out.

Hello, the experience was not professional and very nerve wrecking. The mechanic Kyle was very rude and pushy. He could never give me a direct answer and was very inconsiderate. After I picked the car up I noticed that the issue was not fixed even though it was told to me that it was. Please give me a call so I can further explain. I owned the 2012 red jetta. Corey Wow, I had to edit my review and reply to the cover up by the owner. I absolutely did not threaten any one at your business not once. Our last encounter did get heated I’ll admit. I was very disappointed in the way the owner handled the situation with my vehicle. I had a legitimate complaint about your employee and your response is why did I give a bad review. You guys lied to me numerous times and told me you found the issue when you did not. You charged me sky high price to put a new starter in my vehicle when it didn’t need one. After I had to bring my car back per your instructions when I didn’t really want to do that. Your excuse was that the new starter was defective. At the end of the day the problem was never fixed. I had an extended warranty and you took advantage of me just to make a dollar. You told the extended warranty company that I had the towed there and was a lie. You actually printed that on my receipt. I can’t believe you can go as far lying on my character to cover up your bad business. I was never coming back to your shop. You raised your voice at me and spoke to me rudely and I returned that favor with threats to harm anyone. You should be ashamed of yourself. My car is already in another shop. It’s a small world and word travels about bad business. This guy is mad at me because I double check his work. He said that I was untrustworthy because I wanted to see old parts.

This company provides high-level service.
I brought my Toyota Sienna for diagnostics. In a few hours, all the units of the car were diagnosed.
Malfunctions were identified and recommendations for their elimination were given.
All information with photos and descriptions of the malfunctions were sent to me by e-mail and by text massage.
I received a complete picture of the condition of my car.
Thank you RM Automotive.
I recommend this company to everyone for servicing your car.

The best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. Honest and reliable people. They take before pictures on all the repairs that need to be done, so you know they’re telling the truth! They offer pickup and drop off which is a huge plus! I’ve been working with Kyle on my car for months now. He’s very knowledgeable and attentive. As a woman who’s been taken advantage of several times at mechanic shops, I feel very confident and comfortable taking my cars here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I looked up service shops that were approved by AAA and found RM Automotive. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of kyle i believe he said. I was on the train at the time. He assured me if i had my truck dropped off, it would be well taken care of and it was. Super greatful to these gentlemen. Clean shop, easy access. Effren was my main representative. Him and his mechanics took great care of me and my girl (truck). Fixed her right up. Grateful i found this place

Efrain was knowledgeable with the mechanics of our car plus experienced in dealing with the company that held our extended warranty. He handled all the communication with the warranty company. The process was seamless. This was our second time going to RM and both times we walked away satisfied with the customer service and work done. They have earned our trust.

Came in for my 06 Lexus Hybrid. Dealership had quoted me a ridiculously high number and RM Automotive was able to fix this issue in a couple days, and at a fair price. They also gave me a shuttle service and when my vehicle was needed to be in shop for a few days they gave me a loaner vehicle at no extra charge. Customer service was great and my service advisor Kyle was also very informative and communicated well with me throughout the process. I recommend this place for sure and will certainly return for future services. Thanks so much!
