I always have a great experience coming into Rite Aid. Jessica is always so kind and caring, I always make sure to say hi to her each time I come in! The store is always stocked and clean. Highly recommend if you ever need anything!

Made the switch from cvs to this rite aid because through my good rx program my pets medications are half the price. The head of the pharmacy gentleman is very helpful every time I come in. The rest of the staff is as great as well. Thanks.

Greeted walking through the door. Cashier was helpful and empathetic to how hot it was outside. Reminded me I had a rewards balance to use on my purchase. It was a pleasant experience.

I went to take medicine at the pharmacy and there was a girl in a window other than the queue helping me. When the manager saw her he scolded her in front of us and signaled with his finger that we should stand in line. This manager is really disrespectful and should receive instructions to control his gang in front of the two cucks. I remember he’s tall black man.

I forgot the name of the employee who helped me, he’s been working there for a while, and he always delivers professional customers experience. I had gone to Target with coupons on Balboa and Nordhoff to use coupons I got through mail for the first time, when the employee there was unprofessional and out loud accused me of scam coupons, he barely even glanced at them and was more in a hurry to move the line. I left (not the first time target has unhelpful and unprofessional employees). When I came here not only was he patient but he explained why sometimes coupons don’t pass through and how merchants can decline sale if it’s not in the system. He was able to price match through the rite aid web, better than using coupons, this place should give this dude a raise.Tldr buy your skincare products here and not in target, they rip you off and rite aid prices are cheaper online.

Their cashier was nice.Greeted when we entered the store.They do not have Western Union at this location, I wasn't able to send money.Overpriced products.

Manager, and pharmacist Paul N. Is rude, told me my medication was too expensive that he needed to talk to my doctor, even though id been using my asthma qvar inhaler for over 6 month at same dosage. Another instance he Kept referencing he saw me with my bf, at least 5 times, made me anxious. Panic, my heart beating rapidly. I ignored him, as i was talking to the pharmacist tech, i declined the pharmacist consultation, and he came over anyways, he then asked if i take flu shot, i said no, he then pulled my medication out of the bag and told me I'm taking a flu shot. I looked him straight in the eye and told him to put my medication back in the bag, and i completely ignored him again. He kept calling and harassing me on my phone afterwards even after my prescriptions were filled and there was no need to contact me. Numerous times i felt disrespected, and told him i feel he is abusing his power. Asked him for his pharmacy license number, he said no, i said I'll call and ask the manager, Paul N. Said, i am the manager. I hung up, called Rite Aid corporate to report him, have yet to hear back. Filed a complaint on Paul N with department of consumer affairs. I see that he has done the same thing numerous times in these reviews and yet he's still making peoples lives miserable and allowed to work there with no authority reprimanding him. Its ridiculous

This pharmacy called me to say i have a medicine that needs to be picked up . I told her i'll be there to pick it up and asked me "what time?" . This is a very simple question but with the way she asked with attitude made me feel ordered that i have to come and get it now.. I called this pharmacy over and over but would put me on hold right away ... Never got to speak to anyone.

I came here to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist is nice. Gives clear and concise instructions. The store is organized and some aisles is empty. Plenty of snacks, alcohol and the likes to choose from. Sales associates are courteous. They do have an Amazon locker. Cool!!

I always get incredible care from the pharmacist and the pharmacy associates. My experience with this particular Rite Aid and the pharmacy staff has always been top-notch.If you don’t go to this Ride Aid Pharmacy, you’re missing out on some incredible staff!
