I recently had to sell my mom's house. I interviewed 8 realtors and decided to go with Chris Williams. I am so very glad I did. The task of cleaning out the house was daunting. Chris was there with all the resources I needed and especially lots of encouragement to keep me going. The actual sale of the house seemed like one of the smoothest events. (Many of my friends kept telling me horror stories about their escrows) The house going on multiples and closing escrow was about 6 weeks. Chris was always there to answer any questions I had regarding procedure and documents. She responded to my texts and voicemails cheerfully and very promptly. Working with Chris Williams was simply phenomenal! I wish a 6 star rating was possible. Chris came highly recommended from both friends and family members. Its easy to see why. She guided us (my wife and I) through every step of the purchasing process and now we're moving into our dream home. The buying process seems like a daunting task. But Chris got us through it without the headache. She had answers to all of our questions and was able to share a plethora of information and advice to help us make the best decisions. Chris works all over the valley and surrounding areas, but she'll make you feel like you're her only client. Its amazing that she was always reachable and stayed on top of everything. We never had to remind her of anything or ask a question twice. Her service is truly exemplary. Our experience was wonderful and we can't thank Chris enough! We'll be selling our condo soon and look forward to working with Chris again.

She takes the time to listen to and understand all parties' individual needs. Roupina's devotion to our transaction mitigated risk and ultimately saved us money. From selection, all the way, through close Roupina was instrumental and diligent in working with all the necessary parties involved (bank, escrow, seller's agent, inspection company, etc.) to ensure our success. With the many, different components being juggled at once, all deadlines and forms were done on time and correct.
