Visited this Northridge location in the mall. Went to exchange something and this rude older Asian lady didn't even look at my receipt and wouldn't exchange my item. Bad for business. Not sure what's she's doing working in a shop like this. It's for happier people. She seemed like an unhappy woman.

I walked through the store, tolerating the horrible, loud & off-key music. I picked out a few things to try on, glanced at the fitting room area and noticed there is a rack of clothes in front of it. I asked the woman up front if I could try on the items. She shook her head no. I put the things back and left.

This place is a total scam!!! I no fitting rooms even though covid restrictions are no longer in place in LA. I purchased a couple of tops a month ago one of my items was marked in red Sale" and it had a lower price the owner even mentioned when she processed my transaction that one of my items was on Sale and was a final sale" no returns. I agreed and she finished my purchase. When I got home I noticed she charged me full price and still wrote final sale on receipt.

Rude Rude Rude !!! The sales person Brenda was just rude giving customers attitude this place is a clothing I would think they would want people to buy clothes but when I asked about a jacket that was on the mannequin her answer was that’s not for sale it’s agains our policy to bring it down and she rolled her eyes like what ?? First of all there was no need for the attitude and 2nd of all ..why would the store advertise jackets on mannequin if it’s not for sale. .. never coming back manager needs to talk to employees and they need to train their staff to have better costumer service .

I worked at fashion Q upstairs and my co workers were so rude to me just because I was younger than them, they need to learn politeness especially Rebecca and soul.

The store Q at this mall has to be shut down. Never in my life have I ever been accused of stealing. She gave attitude the entire time. That Asian lady gave the worst of the worst customer service. Never will I be shopping there again.

I have been shopping at this location for years. It stopped today, I had purchased a pair of pants last week for work. I wore them 1 day and I handwashed them, I noticed that they were tearing at the seam so I went to let them know and ask for an exchange if possible. The manager saw the tear and told me the reason why the pants tore was because I was too big and the pants were too small. WTH? How can you tell a customer that. She refused to help me and would not give me store credit . It wasn't until I told her I would dispute it with my bank that she agreed to give me store credit. She was super rude and unprofessional. SHE LOST A LONG TIME CUSTOMER BY GIVING ME THOSE UNNECESSARY COMMENTS

The manager or owner does not care about customer service. There's a line to the fitting rooms and only allows 1 to be open when there are many other available. I asked her if she can open more and she refused to. Doesn't care to have her customers waiting. She could care less about her business.

My wife and I have shopped here a few time before. There selections are really good and we definitely plan to return. The staff has always been extremely helpful. Stephanie helped us last time and dropped everything she was doing to help my wife find the exact top that was on the display.

The manager at this store is so bad, bad customer service ! & she’s the manager doesn’t make any sense ! This lady tried scamming me, I went to return two shirts and she didn’t want to give me store credit for them .

I will give this store one star because it can't be less than that. Their costumer service is terrible, l have never been in a situation similar before in my life. The manager walked away from register and told me " I'm not going to help you". She walked away so unprofessional. This happened today 6/15/2022. She didn't have the intention to do so anyways. I bought 3 shirts awhile ago. I keep one, and return two, because l wasn't allowed to try anything. They won't refund money, so l had store credit in a receipt. When l try use the store credit l was told it had already expired. Money should not expire.. it's the way they steal money from their customers. Even though if is not expired, if they say it is expired; you lose your money. Shame on them.I work hard, l expect others to do the same thing. So they stole my money. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Poor quality, as well as the only shirt that I kept it had shrunk so much that not even my 8 years old daughter could of use it. I literally lost all three shirts. Two l returned, they kept my money, the other one shrunk so much. Lesson learned, l will NEVER buy anything at Q LUV store. Be aware of these kind of stores!!

manager is rude. she kept giving me indirects, and was extremely passive aggressive when i came in for an application. maybe that’s why nobody wants to work there because you drive everyone away. she kept asking where i lived n when i said pacoima she gave me a dirty look like?? do you see where your store is at ? im sorry i dont live in rodeo drive lady. she also kept berating me for having no work experience but it’s like, well if NOBODY wants to give me that experience how do you expect me to have it….
