I turned an xxl shirt (see through thin material, very thin)purchased at Lane Bryant.
I told them when I turned it in that I’m turning a shirt/top and the person at the front didn’t say anything else. My fault maybe , at this point for not asking the cost)
When I picked up, I was told it cost 15+$. I was shocked and asked why. I was told that that’s what they charge for DRESSES! I told the person that it’s not a dress. It covers, just below my hips. She said that to them it’s a dress.
Watch out woman ! Our shirts are considered dresses!!!
I paid, but this place will never see me again.!

The person that does the Alterations at that place is extremely rude. He ruined my day when I went to pick up my item. I will never go back to this place. And I do not recommend this place
