“The oil change offered was affordable and quick. He also aired up my tires! The lot is pretty tight so you'll have to back out to exit, but the owner was very kind and there was no wait. They seemed to be honest and straightforward. They told me my car was overall in very good shape, which is an indicator that they were not trying to sell me services I didn't need. I needed a new starter, which is what I came in for, and they also noted that I needed a new oil pan, which is actually something a previous mechanic had pointed out. They took pictures of all the issues to document their findings. And they did the most incredible thing after servicing the car: they called a week later to see how the car was doing! Now THAT is how to run a business.”
