Just like all the other reviews rude customer service. Even the employees were talking bad about each other. Seems like no one likes their job.

Sad how this go-to Office Supply store is taking a nose dive. Empty shelves everywhere and when we asked the cashier if he could look for and or order shredder bags his response was "If it's not on the shelf we don't have it and won't be getting it". When asked if they carry any other bags the guys says "We don't have anymore printer bags and won't be getting anymore". Yes that's right, he said "Printer Bags". This is a direct failure on managements part. This guy had no basic retail training and zero product knowledge training. He's working in a Office Supply store and doesn't have a clue how anything works.

Terrible customer service with Daniel. He is the manager for the printing. He was very rude and unprofessional especially in front of his new employee. The new employee was helpful but nervous, however Daniel seemed like he was having a bad day and didn’t want to service me for his own personal reasons. If you see him just know you’ll get terrible service ! If you see the photo, it is him turning his back while talking back to a loyal customer. Daniel needs further training and a mental therapist I honestly think he’s hurt and needs some help.

This is a pretty nice store, with friendly associates always ready to help and assist when needed. Items are readily available and my online pickup orders are fulfilled quickly. It's probably my 4th or 5th time here, so I'm happy to leave a review based on my experience now. Not sure why there are super low ones...must be some Karen's. Keep up the great work!

Came in to buy a bunch of office supplies but they did not have any shopping carts. They only had the baskets to carry by hand. I asked for a cart and they said they didn't have any. I was not about to try and carry a little basket around to get the amount of supplies I needed. Told them I won't shop there until they get shopping carts. Very dissatisfied. Office Depot - you missed out on the amount of money I was about to spend there.

We were in and out of there so fast, it was faster than the 4g on my phone trying to load a page! I needed to buy printer ink but was in a rush since I had groceries in the car. Arthur was super helpful and immediately knew which cartridges I needed. There was another associate at the time who directed us to where it was located when we first wandered around, but I didn't get his name. Anyway, thank you Arthur and team!

Office Depot is great for view binders, really useful boxes, portable printers, standard printers /copiers, all colors of paper. Perfect to go to this brick and mortor for office supplies.

Yet another TERRIBLE experience at Office Depot. In need of replacement printer cartridges, I went to the Office Depot website. Found the proper cartridges and wanted to pick them up at the store. After hours of chat online and searching, I decided to go to the store and was sure they would help me. NO and NOPE. The manager, Gregory, was irritated and condescending. With a nasty snarl on his face; he suggested he would help me with an online purchase. I needed the cartridges today as the printer wouldn't work without it. At that point with his nasty stare, I threw my arms up and walked out. I found them cheaper on AMAZON. What has happened to service today. I have spent at least 100k at office depot over the past 35 years.
