Zero integrity from used car sales department, including the mangers.
while inspecting the vehicle i bought i noticed that the charger is missing and was assured that by the time the paperwork is done they will get the charger and have it in the car. Before driving off the guy opened the trunk and pointed at the charger, saying here it is so i drove off with my newly purchased vehicle without giving it a second thought, after all its a Toyota dealer and not some around the block shack right? Imagine my surprise when i got home and found an old beat-up and abused level one charger instead of the OEM supplied level 2 one that this models come with. I contacted them immediately but after short back and forth their sales guy and the "manager" just started to ignore my texts.
I strongly suggest to take you business elsewhere or to the very least dont trust a single promises they make, this people have ZERO integrity.

I want to take the time to express my immense gratitude for the amazing customer service provided to my mom by Franc C (sales representative). She bought a RAV 4. We went to numerous dealerships and did not get amazing customer service and we were not impressed with the inventory. We were frustrated and felt helpless. But Franc kept searching and went above and beyond to help my mom find her ideal car. His professionalism surpassed our expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for your car needs. He is absolutely amazing and we are extremely grateful for his commitment to helping with this endeavor. Highly recommend him!
I also want to Thank David who did so amazing in working the numbers and making sure we got such an amazing deal! He is absolutely so incredible in making sure we were happy with our deal! Amazing customer service as well!

I recently had the wonderful experience of purchasing a 2025 Toyota Camry at Northridge Toyota, and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. From the first moment, the service was exceptional, very different from what I experienced at Toyota of Downtown L.A.
Larry Moreno, my salesman, was amazing. Their knowledge of the product and willingness to help me made the purchasing process smooth and enjoyable. He guided me through every step, making sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision.
Additionally, the finance team, led by Brian and Jhonatan, worked hard to get me a very low interest rate, which made the purchase even more attractive. Their transparency and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence during the process.
Even though Northridge is a little further away, it is definitely worth the trip. The customer service and dedication of the team is unparalleled. If you are looking for a new vehicle, don't hesitate to visit Northridge Toyota; I assure you that you will not regret it.

Will probably never return to this dealership again. Took my car to a different Toyota Dealership because this one (my local dealership which I've been going to regularly for about two years now) didn't have room in their schedule to see me. Normally I'd wait but my car was having problems with its air conditioning and this dealership was charging a $215.00 fee on top of the repair to diagnose the problem (I asked the person at the dealership twice to confirm that was ON TOP of the repair and would not go TOWARDS the repair). In any case, I went to Keyes Toyota in Van Nuts and they went over my car and did an inspection and recommended that I get the fan for the Hybrid system cleaned and the filter replaced (not related to the a/c problem...just something they recommended I get done). I commented that I thought this dealership had already done that service several months ago. They looked at the car history and saw that, yes, Northridge Toyota had done the service (and charged me for it) a little while back but what they were seeing showed that the work hadn't been done or that it was badly done. The service rep provided me with photos to share with the service manager at this dealership and they ended up providing me a refund for the work which they apparently didn't do. So, long story short...I don't think I'll be going back to this dealership for service any time soon. They said they did work on my car that they either didn't do or did badly and now I'm left wondering if any of the service they've done on my car was actually performed or performed to a satisfactory degree. I would avoid them if you can for service.

Bad service, got my appointment at 7am, they took all cars in, the ones that were there before I got there and 6 cars after me. Why would they take the ones got there after I arrived if I was first? Not happy with this location.

Upgraded our Corolla Cross to a RAV4 Hybrid six days ago. Yesterday, we received a call to come to the dealership to sign a revised contract. I left my work early to reach the dealership on time. We announced our arrival and purpose of coming. To our dismay, no one entertained us for almost three hours. They prioritized more on entertaining new sales and ignoring us being old customer.
