This pharmacy is amazing. Couldn't give a higher review. A pharmacy manager named Shima helped us through the entire process and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. We were ordering medication for IVF (which is emotional and stressful), and she took the stress out of the equation when it came to the medication piece. She was extremely helpful, communicative, supportive, and had great follow through. She even helped us search for programs where we could get discounts off of our medication!! We didn't even ask her - she brought it up. 10/10 service. We received the medication the next day with everything we needed!!!

My doctor sent a fax with the order for 3 medications. These meds were time sensitive for me to inject ASAP. The nurse told me that the order should be ready by the time I get to the pharmacy. It took me 25 minute to get to the pharmacy. BUT the medications were not even processed. It took a pharmacist more than an hour to give me one out of 3 meds. Then she told me that the rest of my medications would be delivered by 5pm. BUT they were delivered at 6:10pm. I would not recommend this pharmacy if medications are time sensitive. I would understand if there was a huge line there but during the time I was waiting there, I hadn't seen even one customer other than me.

They take forever to deliver the orders, 8-10 pm should not be an appropriate time to deliver orders. I don't blame the drivers because they are doing what they are told but I think the pharmacy needs to send out the medication earlier so we don't have to get woken up or disturbed late at night to receive my medicine.

Horrible experience. 1) Price changed by $1000 depending on who I asked. 2) Box was poorly packaged and arrived open. 3) Called to inform them of my concern: open box and possibility of tampering. The manager could only repeatedly tell me that they’ve never had any problems before and that they can follow up with Fedex to see if the box was in their possession the entire time. How does that help me? Had to fight tooth and nail to get one medication that was not in a tamper proof container to be resent. 4) I had to be home for this delivery, but their courier missed 2 planned delivery times and showed up on a later date unannounced. He said that he was not told of my delivery until after the 2nd missed delivery and did not know that his truck carried my medication until it was too late to deliver. 5) I contacted(call and email) the manager several times during this ordeal, but stopped getting a response. 6) The temperature limit marker card they included in my refrigerated medication remained white (instead of turning pink) despite being left out in room temperature, which means that it doesn’t work and no one knows if the medication was actually maintained at the proper temperature. Go to Alto pharmacy instead because they are wonderful there. Alto will email and text you updates so you don’t have to guess if or when your meds will arrive, and everyone on the phone is helpful, informed, and courteous.

New owners - New Higher Prices Sadly, this pharmacy now has new owners who have decided to increase their prices. a lot. Very disappointed. Sad they have decided to become part of the problem with pharmaceuticals in the US and not the solution. This pharmacy was one of the few left with reasonable prices, unfortunately not anymore...

This pharmacy has amazing service. The staff members have been so caring and follow up on orders. They made extra effort to try to get insurance coverage for my meds. And the delivery process has been smooth and so very convenient. I'm glad my fertility doctor chose this pharmacy.

My family and I are so grateful for this pharmacy. We used them exclusively for fertility related medications. Their prices are excellent- I did my research. They were also good at checking my insurance and finding coverage when possible. But their customer service is the best part. They were consistently kind, clear and patient when helping us navigate the labyrinth of fertility medication, dealing with last minute needs, and accommodating whatever we needed. We also live about an hour away in traffic, so we used both their fedex shipping and their private courier. Both methods were reliable and SO helpful. Thank you Northridge Plaza Pharmacy- you made this piece of a stressful process as easy as it could have been.

This is my favorite pharmacy. They have great customer service and pricing. We had a bit of a mix up with my med order due to my doctor's office and Northridge pharmacy handled it with compassion. They where so loving and caring. I have been dealing with Mona and she is the sweetest. Thank you for your service!!

This pharmacy is not close to home, but they are quick on their service. We ordered our meds over the phone with no issues and we received our meds the following morning! Free next day shipping was a plus! We continue to do business with them by ordering meds from them through the phone!
