My 1st time there, I met Pam, wonderful person manager, showed me the lay of land, what and how much would be good fit for their machines. I had 3 months worth of laundry and was there a few hours!!! She gave deals and told me about their half off days. The facility was clean and new, nice music and TV's too! Overall a very good experience!! Pam was exceptional!! I met the owner and son equal as nice and hospitable!!! A nice time, doing laundry using isn't a fun thing but this time was!! Thank you Pam, I'll be back, side note they have message chairs, and Pam treated me one at the end of laundry adventure!! Thank you again!!!

Don't really like the cards that you have to put money on. The dryer had to add time every 5 minutes, need to make the time longer. Probably won't come back here, even though I still have $3 left on card.

Do not come to this laundry mat why way over priced eight load laundry mat laundry machine 1025 dryers $.50 for 10 minutes don’t dry worth of nothing you have to put 34 rounds so what does that make that 4×50 yeah it’s way over price just stick to what you know I thought I tried some thing you gave a little anti-laundry mat some business cause I didn’t see anybody in there and what did I get? Yeah don’t just, stick to what you know don’t come here the maintenance lady she’s super nice super sweet but the owner of this establishment should be feeling very very sad for the people that he has Robbie especially in this time of age it’s ridiculous way over price

So, for the past 4 months my house been getting remodeled, which been a living hell because, i'm not able to wash me and my family clothes. I been coming to Northidge Laundry and it's fucking amazing!! it's super super super clean, all the machines work, all the ladies who work there are very nice and helpful, and a guy name Tod is the man, super cool! my favorite thing about this place is that I don't have to bring a jug of quarters, they have a new technology system which allows you to put money on a card, oh and speaking of cards they accept EBT cards, not that I have a EBT card but for those who do there you have it... anyway if you need a wash house to go to, check this place out...

Great experience here. I didn’t have cash for the detergent I wanted in the vending machine and the guy working here just gave it to me for free. Great service!

Best laundromat experience ever. Clean floors, clean machines, friendly staff and owner, loved the card system instead of quarters. I had dollar bills so I could change to quarters, but was able to use the bills to load the card. It's 75cents for the card, but you can use for future visits. There was free wi-fi too! Also chairs/tables where you can sit. Different machine size for 1 load, 2, 3, 6, 8 loads! Vending machines for laundry supplies and snacks. Next to a 7-11 so you can get stuff there if you don't like what they have in the vending machines. I would come back again, but just needed a one time visit to laundromat this time. I highly recommend this place for all your laundromat needs!

Treats everyone so respectfully.It is a bit further for me but I always choose to come here. Everything is kept very clean and maintained. I’ve never had any issues and highly recommend this laundromat. Many machines for different loads.Thank you for making laundry day so easy!

Lorena is the best! Shes one of the most welcoming associates and always gives a helping hand. I live in encino but my girlfriend and i make the commute over here to do laundry. Best laundromat with even better employees!

Lorena saw our overwhelm when we walked in the door. She is fluent in english and spanish and calmly talked us how to load a card. Showed us the differences in the washing machines and dryers. Kept the place clean. Always plesantly available for our questions while working with 3 customers at the same time. Was friendly but not overpowering. The machines are clean and work well. Fast drying time. An enjoyable experience!

I used to enjoy coming to do my laundry here but the owner is extremely rude. This place is also very expensive and machines don't dry well. I would not recommend anyone coming to wash here. Save your money and go elsewhere. Staff always seems stressed as they are over worked and underpaid.
