He charged $5.00 for 3 page black and white print 8.5 x 11 inch. I will never go there again. I called Staples they said they charge .28 cents per page. What RIP OFF place this is.

They charge $0.15 per page for A4 black & white. But, when i finished my printing they charged $2 (6 pages) saying they charged extra for computer fee. What the hell !! Im not going there again

The owner is always very helpful and tries to assist with your needs and time restrictions. Fair prices, and they always do a good job. In the past when I called for last minute prints, they always got the job done and that is why I don't go anywhere else! Sometimes you have to wait a little for design/print services if you walk in, but they are nice and it is worth it!

We needed canvas prints of some photos for a memorial service. They did a fast and quality job. The picture looks amazing and they even edited out some the background to make the picture better. Definitely recommend them.

Came here to print a passport photo. The photos came out with a faint yellow horizontal line across both photos. When I brought it to the owner's attention, he insisted there was no line and informed me I should get my eyes checked. He refused to print another set. The line is there and the passport office likely won't accept these photos. Very unfortunate waist of time and money, as now I have to find another place to print my photos.

Wow expect amazing and friendly service here at Northridge Copy and Graphic. I needed a quick small print job for a catalog booklet I needed in one day. I called a couple of other places arounds town and every place had either a minimum quantity, estimated to take a couple of days, or just not even helpful at all. I'm so glad I found this place, I'm going to come here for future jobs.

I was in desperate need to scan some documents and email them to myself. As soon as I walked in a nice gentleman asked if I needed help. I told him if he can please help me scan my documents and send to my email. He was so nice and kind. He said no problem. After he scanned the docs he then went back to his desk and asked me where did I went my docs to be emailed to. By the time I knew it he was done. I couldn't find the docs on my email , he then said "check your spam". It was right there! He then charged me and gave me a big discount. Bless his heart. It's so hard to find nice, helpful people these days. I'm glad I got to experience great customer service from this person. Thank you for your help sir.
