Northridge collision center went above and beyond to make sure I'm as satisfied as I can be with the repairs they made on my vehicle. The customer service is hands down the best in the valley and I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone and anyone that needs a great repair weather it's through insurance or out of pocket!!! You will not regret doing business with them! Thank you very much!

I recently brought my car into Northridge Collision center and the overall experience was great! The process was easy and they were communicative throughout the entire process. I picked up my car today and noticed they even gave it a nice little car wash! Inside and out. I thought that was super thoughtful! I truly appreciate everything they did to make the experience as smooth as possible! 10/10 recommend this shop!

AAA referred them to me after an accident affecting my trunk and front, as I was pushed into the car in front of me, while waiting at a red light. Not only did they repair the damage faster than expected, they even sealed a portion of the trunk that was previously damaged, and had started to rust, from before I purchased the car (used) last year, without charging me extra for the work. Thank you! You've earned my loyalty, and I want others to know that your shop goes above and beyond, just because it's the right thing to do!

Horrible customer service, horrible body shop. I had to bring my car back here 5 times after it was "finished". If you need a sign this it it. Go somewhere else trust me. If I can give this place a zero I would. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT UNNECESSARY STRESS.

I had to edit my last review after getting my vehicle back. They were repairing my work vehicle which had been involved in a front end collision. They replaced front bumper, passenger side fender, passenger side headlight assembly, and grill. The work they did was great. How I got my vehicle back was questionable. They unplugged my dash camera (which had nothing to do with repairing any of the items listed. The screen attached to the rear camera and hidden inside camera was removed from the stand and just tossed aside. Both driver side and passenger side spot lights were disconnected and no longer work, and rather than put a new clip on the driver'sside bumper mount, they used a broken one which my mechanic had told me would've failed eventually, and the bumper would detach. I received the vehicle back with one LED headlight, and one yellow incandescent headlight. Neither headlight bulb was damaged in the accident, yet they replaced an $80 LED bulb with a $20 incandescent bulb. This was just my work vehicle. I can imagine if I had taken my personal vehicle to them. I advise that you remove personal belongings, and keep a hidden camera inside. I will not be going back. There is no reason to mess with the inside of the vehicle equipment to repair front cosmetic bodywork. I had to spend extra money to have the items that they tampered with repaired because I was not able to use my vehicle for work right after picking it up from their shop. The fact that I had to take my vehicle to my personal mechanic afterwards and have them tell me that the bodyshop did not do an excellent job is absurd.Services: Painting

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Northridge Collision Center after being rear-ended, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, communication was a breeze. They kept me consistently updated throughout the entire repair process, which I greatly appreciated. Not only did they send me regular text updates, but they also provided a convenient link that allowed me to track the progression of my car's repair. It was truly reassuring to witness the milestones, from drop-off to completion and pickup. The team at Northridge Collision Center went above and beyond by not only fixing the damage caused by the accident but also addressing other scratches on my car. They even surprised me with a new bumper and trunk, completely transforming the rear of my vehicle. The attention to detail they displayed was truly impressive. Not only did they excel in repairs, but they also took the extra step of cleaning the interior of my car. Walking into a spotless vehicle after a week of repairs was a delightful surprise. It felt as though I was driving a brand-new car off the lot! Speaking of time, the efficiency of their work was remarkable. Despite the extensive repairs required, they managed to complete the job within a week. I couldn't be happier with the speedy turnaround time, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. Overall, I cannot recommend Northridge Collision Center highly enough. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, evident in their regular updates, meticulous repairs, and additional services, truly sets them apart. If you're in need of auto repairs, look no further. Customer service is horrible. When I dropped off my car the owners & employees were enjoying their lunch in the customer waiting area. There were 2 seats available right in front but that's so uncomfortable. They gave me no heads up that my car would be ready. I literally got a call the day of to pick it up. Had I been given at least a day notice I could have made better arrangements with work....they are disrespectful, unprofessional and inconsiderate.

They are very accommodating. The repairs on the gash/scrape of my door were excellent and they even went above and beyond in re-wiring the dash cam i had installed myself for free. It had nothing to do with the repairs and i was surprised with their kindness in taking upon themselves to fix it for me. I also got my car back in a much cleaner condition than what i had given them initially. 10/10Service: Painting

I called to ask questions re a repair I need done in my vehicle, and the woman who answered had a serious attitude problem. I had a few legit questions I'm trying to get answered before I bring my car in and she was a smart a**. I guess I will not be bringing my car to them even if my insurance recommended them.

Northridge collision center exceeded my expectations. Prior to my visit I've been going to the same body shop for almost 10 years. That shop has all of my favorite traits and customer service is very important to me. My only issue is that the shop is in the Bay Area and I live here now. Desperate to get my truck fixed after being rear ended by some kid texting while driving, I followed AAAs advice as they recommended this body shop highly and booked an appointment for me pretty quickly afterwards. Life got in the way and I had to reschedule not once but twice, both times it was very easy to do. The lady at the front is very understanding. Finally I brought the truck in and they got to work. 15 mins later all I could do is wait. The entire job took about 2 weeks. Shipping and part shortages were to blame, this is OUT OF THEIR CONTROL I totally get that. After two long anticipated weeks of getting my truck back. There she is, better than I expected looking rejuvenated and so shiny. The techs even gave me a rig wash, shined the tires, and cleaned the windows. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was very much appreciated this is what a job well done is all about! Big thank you to the whole team! You guys are awesome.
