It’s my first time today picked up the medication from the pharmacy. Everything was fine and hunky-dory. They were nice.

They will at random decide to close 1 hour early. Not sure how working 9:00AM-5:30PM is difficult for someone but it's ridiculous for a business like a pharmacy to close like this. How am I suppose to get my medication if I get out of work at 4:00 pm and need to drive an hour to this pharmacy? I was assured this place would be open, and i showed up at 4:45pm rushing to get there and they had already left.

Best pharmacy experience Ive had. The Pharmacist and the pharmacy manager was very knowledgeable and helpful and put my mind at ease about my new prescription. The delivery is above and beyond. I highly recommend it.

I came here with 40 minutes drive and I really wanted to use a restroom it was really hard for me to hold. Then I came and immediately run to the pharmacy to get the key and use the restroom that is next to their door. (I used the bathroom before and they game me a key when I purchased some medicine there). But this time they just lied to me and said they don’t have a key. I bagged them to give a key because I really want it to use but they still said we don’t have a key. When I asked where I can get a key they just said we don’t know. There were no any sign of intention to help me even they saw how I was struggling there. Consequently, I don’t think it is kind of place where they care about other people. Using a restroom is natural thing and I think places has to provide you a bathroom doesn’t matter you are buying something or not. Overall, I don’t think we should trust this place with our medicine, because they don’t care.

Terrible place with terrible workers. I am on blood thinners and received a partial amount of pills and told I would have the rest the following day. Today has been the tenth day and last amount of my medication. I find out they did not put the order in for over 9 days. Incompetent staff that will cause more medical conditions to develop. Be sure to stay on top of them.

I'm quite surprised at some of the reviews. Some years back I got Asthma and had to regularly use medication. Walking back from my doctor's office I walked in NTP by chance. The service I've received has been impeccable, not to mention all the free advice and help they gave me, specially Mike the manager. He has personally solved any problems I've had. I strongly recommend Northridge Tower Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a total rip off. Eventhough they are contracted with my insurance, they tried to charge me more than my co-pay (duoble). They also took 45 minutes of my time. I wah holding my 4 months old son. My insurance confirmed that they should not have asked for what they tried to charge. The pharmacist was reallly rude. Wouldn't go there again, unless it is the last pharmacy on earth.

GREAT PHARMACY! I am very happy with the service and they have great small gifts you can buy around the store. I have been going here for a while and have yet to find a problem.

Northridge Tower Pharmacy has made three errors with me. It is surprising considering I have only been a client for five months. I believe they are incompetent, disrespectful and dangerous. The most serious error was when they gave me the wrong prescription and mislabeled it. Intuitively I knew the prescription was incorrect but couldn't be sure because it was a generic drug. I told them it was incorrect and then there was a debate where they insisted they were correct. Finally I had to drive home a distance. Research the drug with photos and prove the pharmacy had mad an error. I printed out the proof and finally the pharmacy gave me the correct prescription-- but they still refused to admit their mistake. I am only writing now because they have made two more errors only a month later. These people are incompetent and you gamble your life dealing with them.
