Several weeks ago I took my new Lexus SUV to Carlos at Northridge Body Works for an odd thing in my door, almost looked like a bullet hole. He said that would be no problem, leave it for 2 days and they could fix it. I know when you have body work you aren't supposed to be able to tell where it was, but I still marvel that this 'thing' they repaired, I cannot tell where it was. Car was fixed beautifully, timeline for how long they would need it was accurate. Hopefully I won't need them again any time soon but they will be my first call. Thansk guys!

Northridge Body Works exceeded my expectations of any auto repair shop I've ever been to before. Carlos is knowledgeable, kind, respectful & a pleasure to do business with. Carlos and his team did a great job fixing some small dents and rust spots and repainting my van. They also fixed one of the slider doors that wasn't working properly. There was a problem with the paint that made it take longer than expected but they kept me informed and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. My van looks brand new! I get put on hold for 10 minutes, no issues at all for them. Then they wait 1 minute for me to look for something, and can't be bothered to wait so they hang up. What hypocrites. Really sad. Next time don't wait until last second to get an order together, then you won't be stressed out and take it out on other people. Enjoy your review.

We came out of work earlier just for them to tell us they closed at 12pm??? We showed up as 4:30. It says 8am-5pm. They said they closed at 12 because of Easter Sunday. Seriously. Who does a holiday two days away have to do with closing 5 hours earlier and not letting customers know. Easter is Sunday and you guys close on Saturday and Sunday so you expect clients to go without cars for three days? At least give a heads up in this situation. I highly recommend Northridge Body Works. Carlos knows his business and took great care and patience helping me through my insurance accident process. I also had an engine issue couldn't figure out and they again took great care of my car and answered all my questions in a speedy amount of time. I really appreciate their fair business prices and high standards. I now have security in knowing exactly where to take my car when I want or need service .
