“Moving is a pain in the neck. From renting a U-haul, buying boxes, packing your stuff and getting people to help you out. Ugh!!!This branch helped me a ton. They work with you and give support. Customer service is understatement. They do a routine inspection on the storage units to make sure they are properly maintained and safe, then call the customer if something is off - like if the lock isn't the right one, etc.Returning Uhaul Vans or dolly is no hassle. They have a space inside the storage building allocated for stuff that renters do not need but can be donated. Cool!!”

“I recently had a fantastic experience with Uhaul, thanks to Alex at the Northridge location. My original reservation was for a 15' truck, but Uhaul's traffic control changed it to a 10' truck, claiming there were no 15' trucks available in the area. This was a major issue as I had booked a week in advance for a one-way move and needed everything to fit in a single trip.
When I arrived at the Northridge location, I explained the situation to Alex. He took the initiative to call traffic control and managed to secure my original 15' truck reservation. Not only did he go the extra mile to resolve the issue, but he also ensured that the price was matched to my original reservation, which I luckily had on hand since it wasn’t listed in the order confirmation.
Because of Alex's dedication and effort, I was able to move everything in one go without worrying about leaving anything behind. If you're planning to rent a Uhaul, I highly recommend the Northridge location—especially if you're fortunate enough to be assisted by Alex. His excellent service made all the difference!”
