“Super impressed with We Care Urgent Care. After going to Exer and seeing the wait time would be 3 hours +, I decided to find another Urgent Care and discovered We Care Urgent Care.

Registered online as a new patient and saw Dr. Green within 15-20 minutes!

Dr. Green and the entire staff were caring, informative, and took the time to understand my medical needs.

Not that I'm anxious to return, but I told my husband that if we need urgent care services, this is the place to go from now on.

“We had to wait for about 30 mins in our car because the tech was at a meeting but as soon as she got back she did the lab work in less than 10 minutes. Sweet lady and patient. Good with kids ( 1 brought my 5 along)”

“The staff who took care of me (Linette) in Northridge location did an amazing job. Normally I am a hard stick that usually takes 3-4 times average before someone can get it. But she got in 1 time without any discomfort. Great Job!

Otherwise so sad that i notice it is hard to book now in quest. I even need to drive all the way to Northridge just to get my blood work done (i live in Santa Clarita). Hopefully quest can do something about their staffing.”

He did so with utmost patience and compassion, and we wanted to recognize his professionalism and the way he handled our concerns. When I told him I wanted to leave feedback for him, his response was “if you’d like to, please address the entire team.” His response showed humility, and it showed us how much he cared about recognizing his team as a whole and not just himself individually. Percy and everyone who assisted us today were outstanding, and we’re so satisfied with the care we received. As a result, we will be switching my mother’s medical group to an alternative group that is accepted by Labcorp, because we prefer the service we received here.
