nicest couple in the jewelry business... Allowed me to put my gold chain on layaway when I lost mine. they were very nice about it and I have three beautiful chains today (1 necklace 2 bracelets), very competitive prices much better than the mall jewelry stores don't go there you'll get lab grown diamonds you'll get the best at Mason fine jewelry, like I said, nicest couple in the jewelry business, I wouldn't go anywhere else

Couldn't be happier with the service I received at Mason Fine Jewelers! I stopped by to have a family heirloom ring resized to fit my finger. The owner was very friendly, and took the time to help me as well as point out some wear on the ring that will need to be addressed in the future. My husband and I took a seat, and the ring was resized and polished in under 30 minutes! I couldn't believe how fast it got done! I'm very happy with my experience and highly recommend this business. I will be back for resizing and cleanings of my jewelry in the near future. Thanks so much!

Vatche and Ovsanna are the best! I went in to have the prongs on my wedding ring fixed, and Vatche did it in about 20 minutes! I was there in the store, chatting with Ovsanna, and didn't even realize how much time had passed! He was so quick! I will definitely come back soon...

This family owned business is nothing short of Amazing! Vic & His Wife, are truly special people. They are very professional, caring, & super helpful. These are truly the most honest and genuine folks you will meet. I've been a customer here for 13 years. From fixing & sizing my watches & rings, to making jewelry purchases, they always take great care of me, and I leave there feeling happy every time. The best jewelery store in the whole valley. I have purchased there, have had custom jewelery made, ordered appraisals, have had repairs made and also sold jewelery that I no longer wanted. Five stars on all accounts . Great friendly service and great prices.

I took my wedding band to Mason Jewelers since some of the stones were loose. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, and they sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back.

I have another great review to add as a new customer. My mother found a necklace from my father that she wanted shortened to a bracelet. I received a warm welcome and more options than we imagined! Everything was explained knowing that this was a sentimental item. Decisions were made and a very reasonable price was accepted. It couldn't have been a more pleasant exchange. I look forward to going back.

My wife's engagement ring needed a new stone and some repairs, so I took it to Mason Fine Jewelers. I had a stone I wanted to use, and they put it in and repaired the ring and cleaned it, and now it looks BRAND NEW. I'm very happy with the craftsmanship and service I received. Highly recommended.

This is where I change my watch batteries. I have been with them since they were on Mason. I take two watches here with one of them I have a lifetime battery replacement service that I bought for like $30 a long time ago. I should have done that for both my watches. Service is great. Owner is great. I highly recommend!
