“I rarely need to package and ship items, and if I do I'll usually go to USPS because it seems "easiest" and they're close by. I tried to ship something with them but their selection of boxes were so bad, and their customer service the same. I tried to go to UPS and FedEx also nearby but same issue so I honestly gave up for the day. I went to the plaza Mailbox Central was located in to grab pet food and noticed their store. I popped in to ask a few questions and Bryan was very kind and helpful. I went to grab my items from the car and came back and Bryan helped wrap and package my items to keep them safe and stable in transit. Kindness and helpfulness are priceless. Thank you. Will gladly do business here again.”

I highly recommend this place. I've been coming here for over 15 years and it's comforting knowing you're handling all of your business needs at a reputable business with people you can trust. Also, I recommended a family member of mine come here a few years ago for something he needed. He was going through a tough time emotionally and they have some small wallet sized cards with inspirational quotes and scriptures on them. He took one and still has it in his wallet. He said it spoke to him that day and he walked out feeling so much better. They really go above and beyond to say the least... Thank you guys!”

“I went to drop off my DHL package and ship VIA Fedex a couple gifts for my friends. There is no line, my whole process took 10 minutes,and I got a free stamp also, it was some promotion during that month I am happy and now this is my favorite place. P. S. I have no idea but the smell inside the store is amazing and they also have super cool Hand sanitizer”

“I came to this UPS store do send out ALOT of packages last minute for work. I was very anxious about it & on top of it, it was a rainy day. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with love & care by the sweet Polin ! I believe she is the store owner. She really was extremely patient with me & gave me a dolly to get the packages out of my car with ease. She really made me feel comfortable & was so kind ! She is an amazing asset to this company & should be treated as such ! I will definitely be coming back to this UPS store. She really helped turn my day around ! Polin is the best !! :)”

“Easy to find, lots of great services offered here, it's really a one stop shop. Staff are knowledgeable about third party businesses like Temu and Amazon making shipping/ returns easy.. they charge to print labels tho 1.19$ so if you can print your label before you can save some dollars..”
