So much staff working here yet can't ever get any help. They have you waiting in an aisle for 30min until you ask again and or just give up.

Rarely leave reviews, but this is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had. Lowes attempted deliveries for a dishwasher at different times from the time frames that they had given us.. and that's not the worse part. I spent several hours and countless calls on hold trying to reach appliances to only keep being transferred or hung up on. I can't even get a refund for an item that wasn't delivered! Been in property management for 20 years and never dealt with such poor customer service from any retailer/vendor. Very disappointed and still can't reach them! Only writing this with hopes that corporate sees and considers replacing employees with some competent ones. Will be disputing the charge.

Lowe's is like a rich person's home depot so when I go to Lowe's I get skink eyed for no apparent reason I'm more of a home Depot kinda person anyways but Lowe's does have some things home depot doesn't have but yeah and when you don't buy anything and when your about to leave the self checkout person just stares you down from top to bottom with no shame looking if I committed a crime of theft. And if you do buy something they are just hawk eyeballing your every move I even had to say can I help you because I was about to put my pin and she was just looking at me breathing down my neck it's pretty frustrating but it's ok

Warning ⛔️, do not order any interiors doors from this store ( Northridge location)..I ordered 5 interiors doors late 2023.I was scheduled for installation on 02/02/24Because I wanted to have my daughter engagement party at my house, wanted to fixed my house up so it would look nice.2 out of 5 was wrong and 1 was damaged..According to Elenny at mill work that her manager Erick, will call me. I don’t know if the conversation happened or not but..until today 02/15 no one from this place reached out to me.My installer told me that he spoke with Erick and he knows the problem but he still don’t have the balls to call me..

I'm so sick and tired of Lowe's. I forget my card in the truck. In the less than 2 minutes that it takes me to run out there grab it and get back the self-service register lady decides she should back up my stuff and move away. She didn't even give me a chance to get back in a timely manner, which I did. It's bad enough that we have to bring up our own stuff. When I got back there was still two open other registers. This is my least favorite Lowe's ever

Worst hardware store ever. If you have lost your receipt they won't even allow an exchange for an un-opened products, which is carried only at Lowes' store. The return desk and manager said they stop allowing it in June 23, I used to buy many hardware products from this store, but would not buy anymore.

Lowe's in Reseda has improved dramatically, better customer service in the contractor area. Step in right direction compared to two years ago. ??✌️

Shout out to Lowe's in Northridge. I had a good experience today. I went in to replace a water-stained ceiling tile but was confused about which size and style was best. One of the managers, Nick, was super nice and helped me to get the right item. He was polite and professional and even chatted with me about what could have caused the problem stain. I can go back to my HVAC rep with the right questions now. The two people in customer service (both a man and a woman) were friendly and pleasant despite having to work on Super Bowl Sunday.

This is a great location. It is always well organized, clean with friendly employees ready to help.The delivery team on the other hand, Wow pure awesomeness! These guys are great, my delivery was so easy and smooth. Thank you! ? This is my go 2 store. You Rock Lowe's!✌️

A large, spotless store with products for gardening, house upkeep, and other uses. Regretfully, I was unable to locate someone to assist with finding anything. I therefore left the store without buying a few of the things on my list.

The experience was just ok, I have been there over the weekend and it's took a while for me to find help with choosing the tools I need. They had half of the things I need so I was needed to do also an order online to get the rest.. Overall ok.
