There always seems to be an issue when it's most inconvenient, and this was one of those times. Lack of care, attention to detail, and short handed on any actually assistance. Didn't even place an order because of such.

One of the worst service I ever experienced in my life. I ordered for takeout and when I was leaving this young girl w blondish hair said loudly that people are stupid for ordering takeout before closing, then this other young taller guy who makes the pizzas agreed to it and commented loudly another foul comment.

Horrible delivery service. I ordered two pizzas and a bottle of soda. The driver left without giving me the soda. I immediately called the location which is less than a half a mile from me. They said they would send him right back. 30 minutes later he still hadn't come back so I called again. When he showed up he brought me the wrong soda.

Worst dominoes experience ever. Don't order from here. Ordered pizza and they said it would take 30min. Two hours later it hadn't not shown up. Called the store and didn't get an answer for over an hour. Finally they answer and say it's ten min away. 30 min go by and still no pizza. Had to throw in the towel and cancel the order. Diego answers the phone and just says ok. No inquiry no apology no nothing. This place needs to hire new people.

2023-Oct-07. Ordered at 11:05PM. Pizza was ready for delivery at 11:20. Got the call and alerts. The driver went north and went back to the store. I started calling at 11:40pm. No response from the store. No response from online support from the app. No response form emails. The app showed our order got delivered at 11:45pm. I received our order at 11:54pm. They should have informed us proper information or what to expect. You have an app, but I guess it's useless. I should have listened to my own review. This is the last time I'll order dominos pizza.

terrible location!!! order from any other store, if you must order from dominoes!! order took almost an hr to arrive, arrived incorrectly! tried contacting store & a very ignorant employee " diego", who tried to pass himself off as a mgr., was unprofessional, rude & incompetent!!!!

I online ordered a pizza with no onions, received the food after a long wait on delivery. Pizza came burnt with I onions all over it, if you can't read an order at domino's pizza and get it right then find another job

Placed order at 7:55pm Said it would be ready at 8:15-8:25. Used their app to verify it was ready when i arrived at 8:30. Went inside, staff confirmed it my order needed to be made. I watched them make it at 8:35. 10 Minutes later it comes out. I asked for red pepper, they apparently charge a dollar for it now. Contacted corporate, was informed the store would contact me. Been over a week and I have never been contacted.

I would never recommend this Domino pizza location because bad attitude , can not admit the wrong , Rat Flea Ticks on the pizza and they want to be right and they are not friendly

A light eyed, light haired female cashier that was working there just an hour ago, from the time I went in, completely ignored health regulations. She was working on register while too with the pizzas. She had no problem putting her bare hands in the cheese after handling cash and the computer screen. Not ok. I left instead of ordering.

I truly don't like giving bad reviews but this time it was necessary. I've ordered from this location several times always hoping for a better outcome and always disappointed. I do not understand how ordering through the app an order can go so wrong, it's written by them. I mean if it's not forgotten items it's wrong toppings. Then they want to give a free pizza and for what that came wrong as well. I think the owner & manager needs to go in and teach the employees how to correctly make an order because it's not working.

Called for delivery on a rainy day and they told me my pizza was going to be ready and delivered within 45 minutes and I was so pleased how they came as earlier than expected and the consistency of the pizza was absolutely amazing thank you dominoes! Loved every bite of this pizza and thank you for satisfying my cravings (:

Ordered 2 pizzas on-line they were supposed to arrive at around 4:40. When they had not arrived by 4:55 I checked the tracker and they show as 'delivered'. I've called the Dominos shop like 5 times but no one is answering. It's now 5:30, I have no pizza and they have my money!

Ordered pizza and they delivered it to the completely wrong house. 1 year and a half later still never got my refund. Manager was extremely rude and even clicked on me. I even called corporate and they never refunded me back. Worst franchise ever. Don't waste your money here.
