My sunglasses broke so I took them to LensCrafters and, despite the fact that the sunglasses were purchased elsewhere, Mariah quickly replaced the missing screw and repaired my sunglass at no cost. I am so impressed with their customer service. Thanks again!

My wife’s sunglasses were slightly crooked and we were at the mall so we decided to stop in to to see if LensCrafters could fix them. Ollie greeted us and started working on them right away. We grabbed a pretzel and came back and they were fixed! So quick and easy. They didn’t even charge us for the adjustment. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH OLLIE!
