My experience after making an appointment was excellent! Got in and out fast. The only issue I have is that when just dropping off a specimen you need to wait a long time. At least in my case I had to wait over an hour and a half. I'm actually currently still waiting as I type this review. I feel a better system needs to be in place if just dropping off for myself or another person. To wait to hand to someone is ridiculous!

They don’t answer their call! They have a myriad of options in the phone menu and the one that would route you to speak with someone (7) keeps you on the cal for a few seconds and then just send you to their Voicemail box. I called back 7 times in a row and each time ended up to their voicemail box. Of course I left a voicemail but didn’t get a call back.

I come here as Walk-in. I try to be here before 8am. I am usually in and out in less than 20 min. Micheal and Allen in the front are very nice and caring. They go above and beyond to help patients. The phlebotomists are great. They are highly skilled.

Hire people with more experience and peoples skills. After 1 1/2 hour wait , 2 different phlebotomists, 3 pokes, I was told that I need to go back on Tuesday to try again with someone else. What am I your testing field? How many others did you send home today without doing your job? I wasted my entire Saturday morning for an employee without an ounce of empathy, to tell me to go back another day.

YSK: If you go in for a blood draw and the procedure is not only painful but leaves a substantial bruise afterward, it's been done wrong. (My experience)
The employees at this location are under a very strict time constraint so it's not entirely their fault but do yourself a favor and search for a clinic that allows you and the employee a moment to breathe before they attempt putting a needle into your arm.
Also, the overall cleanliness of this place was pretty subpar. It's kind of on the grimey side. I think you can find a better spot.

What's up with the rude tone on that male phlebotomist? Essentially everyone who comes here is a patient who needs something about them checked. So it's not uncommon that people could be slow or weak. Every employee was nice except for that tall one and this place gets 1 star for how bad that experience was. March 11, 2024. 9am to 1030am.

I have been to this Labcorp location several times. Today, after fasting for 19 hours, I went to this location, expecting to find it open. I expected to find it open because, according to its website, it would be open until 5 pm. I arrived at 4 pm. The sign on the door said that they closed at 3 pm. There was an attendant sitting at the desk inside the workers' vestibule. I knocked on the door. The attendant ignored me. I've called, but expect no attempt to return my call. If you tell the public that you will be open until 5 pm, you should be open until 5 pm. Very shoddy behavior.

Nobody picks up the phone there. If you want to contact them, you either leave a message for them on their website or a voicemail. Either they dont want to deal with people over the phone or too lazy to pick up. I like to hear from someone not a machine. They also are 20-30min late when you check in. Not to mention, you wait because of the walk-ins. So you're technically in line.

I came here to get blood work done , it's insanely busy so I signed in but computer was being stupid so I asked the lady. She was nothing but RUDE (update: manager called to appolagize so for that that says allot so I would recommend them and change my 1 star to 3 so ty)

This is a horrible place for anyone to go. The gentleman at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. This was my first time going there with my mother. I asked him a simple question, and he was so curt and disrespectful.
