I filed thru this guy for the past 6 years, just std filing and he charged too much. When audited i came to know it was incorrectly put as resident filing. When reached for correction, he was so rude and made us wait for days and weeks but did not ready to address it.

I went to fill my taxes but their customer services was sucking and frustrating. I was speaking to them but they were busy in their phone and at the end they couldn’t even note down the information I have provided in my conversation. It was a really bad experience. Don’t go there unless you already filled your taxes!

I am not happy with the service I got this year. This place is a scam. I filed my tax with them this year and they kept giving me different numbers every time. He charged me $280 for a short form, I had my daughter who's 17 that had just worked for two months part time Nov, Dec, he charged $80 for her taxes which was part of my tax return. These people are crooks run from them because they will rip you off in a heartbeat and smile. The main accountant "Kumar" has gotten very greedy I could have gotten my taxes done elsewhere for half the price, the only reason I went there for the last couple of years is because a friend recommended who I found out no longer goes there, what a surprise These people are scammers, rip off. DON'T DO YOUR TAXES THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I am not happy with the service I got last year. I think this place is a scam. I filed my tax with them last year and they kept giving me different numbers every time. First they told me I owe over $1700 in tax. when I told them it does not make sense, they called again and said : Oh no. we made a mistake, you will get big refund. Even that kept changing from call to call. Finally the main accountant "Kumar" called me and said that his employee made a mistake and I am supposed to get big refund "Over $2000. I filed then he asked for $250 which I found unreasonable. I negotiated to $150. I paid and filed through them. Few months later I get a letter from IRS that I owe money!!! These people either a scammers or they don't know what they are doing. Save your money and use Turbotax or go somewhere else.
