Horrible Return Experience - tried to do a return using my receipt, and the associate helping me (ROSA) needed to call her supervisor MICHELLE to complete the transaction, indicating it was possible to do, however needed supervisory override because I was a few weeks over the 6-month return window. I asked MICHELLE if she could honor a one time exception because I was a long time customer of Kohl's and miscalculated the day of initial purchase, and after thinking about it for a solid 10 seconds, refused. It was possible to provide an exception, however she chose not to. I asked for the corporate number, however when I called later that night, I found out I was given the number to another Kohl's department. I suspect it was an attempt to lead me astray from the accurate complaint feedback number. After considerable waiting and a few transfers, I found the right department and submitted a complaint to "Higher Management" - Kohl's Store #1373 - The Complaint submitted also tied in the Store Manager ARO for poor training and customer service responsibility. The layout of the store is nice and aisles are kept clean. However, I often find that the actual racks are messy, some with huge empty swaths. Don't even bother checking out the small toy section. Nothing is in it's place and it's usually barren. Employees are very friendly and do their best to be as helpful as possible. However, if they're busy (think holiday season) good luck finding someone & if you do, that they will have the bandwidth to help you out. I don't fault them for that. I know they're doing their best. Just want to know that depending on when you are there, you might be on your own when it comes to finding your items. But then comes the biggest issue that seems to hit every Kohl's I've ever been to. Checkout. Lines here are always long. And, once again, I know employees are doing their best, but often times it moves slowly. You can basically count on not being able to do a quick in and out trip here. This location is one of the better Kohl's I go to. But it still has a lot of the issues other locations have. I really hope somehow they're able to fix them to make this location great. I think more staff would be a huge help, but I know profit margins are slim these days so I just don't hold my breath for that happening.

Customer service was excellent! Help was offered from every employee I came in contact with. Cashier was helpful and delightful when checking out.

This place is not good. The line is very long and there are 2 cashies? I dont rerecommend you shopping here. Especially on this holiday. Horrible the line is not moving. Try to go somewhere else

imagine how many little kohls this kohls ate up to be the worst kohls of the all. shopping at kohls is kinda cool since it's basically a russian roulette with 50-70% discounts but it usually only lasts you a week when you're a rugged tough guy like me that regularly fights wild animals to befriend them. When i judge these box box stores i try to think of what matters the most to the people. and yeah that's it... it's the crushed middle class. When i think about my fell US comrades in this way everything becomes clear. The lack of cleanliness. the underpaid worker. the hampster wheel of poor quality products at ever increasing prices. the not so friendly workers because they too are exploited. and then I realize the one tool I have to fight for the common man. Writing a yelp review after going deep underpants at my local kohls.

I always find what I’m looking for at Kohls. The store is well laid out, there’s a very nice variety of plus sizes and the employees are very helpful. My cashier yesterday was Betty. She was very pleasant, helpful and patient, even when her register decided to misbehave in the middle of my transaction. Thank you Betty, for doing a great job. Sincerely, Donna Brock

Amazing deals!! Found the perfect ? for grands and mom. Mona was amazing on the register, fast friendly service. Mona ensured I received all my deals. Overall great visit!

Ani was nice and did try to help me while I was in Sephora , the other workers never even looked up or acknowledged my existence but did help others who were not disabled.I hope I don’t have to make another drive out to Sephora Kohl’s in Northridge to get my $10.00 back…and she had told me that the eyeshadows were on sale too. Then over charged me. Not impressed with the service.

I had a first timer discount for whatever percentage off my purchase, and they did not honor this, mind you it was my first time ever shopping at a Kohls. Because of the brand I purchased, Levis, the cashier told me they could not honor the discount. I will not be returning to Kohl's any time soon! And now to boot I will probably have endless emails from these a-holes for the rest of my life. Thanks for nothing!!!

Percentage off on items are only for Kohl brands. The list of exclusions is long. I will never shop at Kohls again!On 10/23/2023, I received an email from Kohls stating that they would share my review with corporate personnel. This is a "buzz phrase." Automatic blah, blah, blah. Nothing will happen. Nothing.

I GAVE A 4 STAR WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR BUT! I HAD TO PAY FOR A BAG TO CARRY OUT MY ITEMS IN A DEPARTMENT STORE THIS IS STUPID! I SPENT $400.00 WORTH OF ITEMS AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR BAG(S) THAT ISNT RIGHT!! THIS IS BECOMING TO MUCH!!
