Are they still in business ? I have called more than 10 times to get a filler that supposedly shipped to the clients house three weeks ago , but no one answers the phone . I don't know what to make of this . I think its best if I start my own manufacturing facility and make my own for my clients .

I would never work with this company again. They did a kitchen and some built in bookshelves for us. The kitchen overall is standard, but they put the wrong hood cover on and a year later it still hasn't been resolved. The hood cover style was shown and approved in the shop drawings before the kitchen was installed but they couldn't be bothered to do it right and even after multiple requests to put in the correct cover still haven't. For the built-in bookshelves we went over all the dimensions and had been very specific on the fact that the depth of the cabinets needed to be at least 14". When they came to install they started installing a 12" cabinet which I quickly told them wasn't right. They stopped the work, then when I called them to discuss and insisted I pay additional money for the new shelf depth since it was my fault the depth was wrong. I had worked with their in show room designer on the cabinet and had approved the 14" but the designer apparently didn't save the info so it was me vs them. They had already insisted we pay for the cabinets up front before install so I knew I wouldn't get my money back so had to move forward and ended up paying the extra money.They had to install our ADU kitchen twice because they put the wrong color cabinets in, and even now the color still isn't right.They are super disorganized, don't care about the customer and don't respond if there are any problems. Save your time and go to someone who actually cares about you and the end product.

Rodolfo Lopez is an employee here he harasses people and is a violent man. His behavior is absurd. The way he speaks to women is uncalled for and a disgrace of a person.

I felt so compelled the write this after a demoralizing call with sales person Johnny. I came in with plans and buying intention, told him price zones which I was happy with moving forward. He was rude the whole time and wouldn't give me the time of day. I came in with plans from one of his colleagues and he kept harping about a $200 design fee because he doesn't work for free. Stay away. I'll find someone else easily and just play the quote game. Terrible service.

We had a very poor experience with this company. We were referred by a general contractor company to check out the showroom to see what type of cabinets they had. The sales person Matthew was so rude to us he barely spend 10 minutes with us. He was very condescending for no reason other than he was annoyed that the GC didn't come with us. We let him know we hadn't picked a GC yet and we were just starting this process. He didn't make us feel welcome at all and basically made us feel like he just didn't want to deal with us. We left this place so deflated and bewildered by why he would treat us this way. The good news is we know what we don't want - the quality and selection of cabinets was not worse than low grade Home Depo cabinets. The customer service was awful. So disappointed and such a waste of time to even consider giving this company our business.

Stay away from this company!!! I have been working with this company for over two years now and I have regretted it every single time. It is an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. It is poorly ran on all ends. The process of dealing with a stingy owner and incompetent designers who enjoy to argue with their clients more than they prefer to keep clients happy. you will call over and over and over again to finally reach someone who will only send you back in circles. What a disgrace this company is.

I'll advise you to stay away from this company. Ron, the owner, is a big scammer. This company is overpriced and low quality work. Vickie, the salesperson, never picked up your phone. She's never responsive. She's super slow. I paid $10000 in deposit, and after weeks of calling and calling, they refunded my money. They wasted my time and energy and gave me so much stress for chasing them every day don't do business with this company.

If you call this company 100 times a day you might get someone to answer. My first project they put filler pieces right in front along both sides of drawers. Side panel wasn't finished with the shaker and the cabinets are white and the side piece is yellow. The guy used grout to fill in filler pieces and it got all over all the cabinet and after I told him he said he will clean it. It's a complete ugly mess and they are giving me a hard time about replacing it. They won't even get back to me and it halted my entire project. I want a refund. Trust me do not use this company!

They supplied me with cabinets that were ill fitted and quickly fell apart. the fitters were rude. Also, their pricing is far from transparent. I would avoid this company like the plague.

Vickie Salem is the only Kitchen Pro employee that still deserves to have a job! Vickie is a consummate professional/salesperson/kitchen designer. She took great care of us on the front end (designing/choosing materials etc.) and it is a real shame that the transition from sales to service and installation has been a nonstop disaster. What caught me completely by surprise is that this is a huge change for the worse... and I know what I am writing about. I have used Kitchen Pro to replace cabinets for 12 bathrooms and 9 kitchens over the past few years and I have watched their installation and post installation service go from amazing to great to good to ok to absolutely atrocious. In the past, they were known for great prices, great service and being able to install weeks and sometimes months faster than their competitors... It is truly sad to see how far Kitchen Pro Cabinetry has gone down hill. What is truly sad in this case is that the owner (Ron) is at the front of the line setting the bad example. When we started having problems with crews/quality of work on site we reached out to Roger... good luck getting a call back. So, we reached out to "Claims" and after not receiving a reply to numerous calls and 5 (count them) 5 emails, we reached out to Ron with calls and 4 emails that went unanswered. Forget that Roger's coordination with our countertop fabricator was so weak that the installation was almost impossible to coordinate. Forget that they tried to blame us when the cabinets they measured for and designed had issues. Forget that Vickie is apparently the only employee at Kitchen Pro Cabinetry that cares about the finished product. THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER IS: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If you doubt this conclusion, ask yourself, "How bad would it have to be for a customer that has given a business over 20 jobs to both stop using them and to take the time to write a review?"

Let's begin by saying buyer beware . As a customer for several years I have experienced the highs and lows of this business particularly the lows . This business has consistently been disappointing in their communication and follow through. We ordered cabinets from this vendor and they not only decided the design but held us accountable for payment for rectifying their mistake. And as we waiting for them to complete said project they took it upon themselves to file a mechanics lien without completing and or communicating their intentions to us. They then held our company and project hostage until payment was made on a project that was not yet completed . I say buyer beware, they are very unresponsive and hold clients responsible for mistakes created by Kitchen Pros. If your looking for very cheap materials and a business that's out to make a buck and take advantage of their clients well these are your guys . I'm a builder for 34 years I do not and will not ever recommend this company again. Negative stars if possible.

Kitchen pro made us a whole kitchen but unfortunately everything has been falling apart. Cabinets don't open or close properly, island not secure in place, refrigerator frames is putting so much pressure on the fridge that we can't even pull out the fridge without destroying the frame. Materials are very low quality, as well as the installation. You name it and we have that problem with the kitchen. Worst of all they don't even lift a finger to help. Just awful company. We regret hiring them. Please avoid.

Watch out! , they kept telling us, Öh, we forgot this piece, and this piece, etc. All the time running up the original price. Even, their installer tried to increase the labor price halfway through the job. I will never use Kitchen Pro again nor recommend this outfit to anyone, other than to tell them to stay away, Shameful way to conduct business.
