Eric came out today to diagnose my AC failure. Couldn't have been more thorough and informative. News wasn't what I wanted to hear but I don't want an HVAC technician who's work is based on my hopes rather than the reality of the system's look, performance, and data. As I told him, whatever happens next (and most likely I'm looking for a new system), he and Kahn are my people. If he shows up at your door, you're in good hands. ;)
