This morning I went to get my oil changed and had the best experience. The store manager was beyond helpful in his explanation of the service and the other workers were all very kind. This is my favorite spot to get my oil change because they are quick and always give the best quality service!

Whenever I have any issue with my car, I know I can fully trust the team at jiffy lube to help me out. Rigo always takes care of me and makes sure I am feeling confident in my vehicle. He really went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and services were taken care of at the highest standard. I get better service here than any dealership.

The place itself is good, the only problem is the guy at the front his name is Efren H. Team Lead worker has a bad attitude nodding his face off at customers displaying a very unpleasant attitude and has no interest of improving himself! I been there a few times and he still has the same rude attitude, Lying about the waiting time, throwing customers off to the Devonshire station when the place is practically empty! He openly chooses who he wants to serve and who he doesn't. A good welcoming customer service attitude is crucial to keep the business going they should assign this task to someone who is willing to deliver a warm friendly attitude and the willingness to serve.

Great Customer Service, showed up 30 minutes before closing, 2 cars in front of me but the guys were able to still take me and get my oil changed was done 5 minutes before closing time. Thorough and Friendly.

Called a lot of places to get a price on an oil change and tire rotations, and they call wanted to charge pretty high. Called up Jiffy Lube in Northridge and got a great price. Once I got there, Angel talked me through the pricing and got everything done in less than an hour. Definitely the spot to go for an oil change or car problems! Highly recommend!!

The documents and the representative said they checked tires and fluids and that they cleaned the windows of the vehicle. However, the windows were dirty, and the signal/symbol indicating low tire pressure was on and my tires needed air (I drove in knowing my tires needed air because I was under the impression that Jiffy Lube fills tires during the oil change).
