I’m writing this because I myself am in retail and deal with these things on a daily basis. I was a frequent customer until one of the vape cartridges I purchased from them exploded on my battery and is absolutely useless to me now! I went to exchange it because when I was previously there I witnessed another customer coming in with the same issue and they instantly apologized, pulled him up as a customer on the computer and replaced the cartridge. When it was my turn, the cashier girl asked for my receipt and then told me there was nothing she could do!! I explained that I had just witnessed the same type of thing happen and they appeased the customer and fixed the problem. Again, not for me, so $45 WASTED and a horrible experience

Great store. New security guard just cost them customers of over 2 years. Besides that, the people are amazing and a really clean shop.

Love going to this place. My boyfriend and I found it about a year ago and make the trip back just because the people are so great, the shop is clean and the vibes are easy going. Max and Xavier deserve shoutouts for how awesome they always are

Had an awesome visit to HIGH dispensary the today. Isabel was my assoc. Straight to the point, super helpful, and just an all-around pleasant vibe. Great specials and No-nonsense service. Definitely coming back.

I come here all the time because it's right in the middle of my house and school. They usually always have parking too. The workers here are really helpful and welcoming and always are attentive. They spark up conversations, not just trying to sell you stuff. They really do try to give you the best deals they can. I love their Presidentials here and their stiiizy products. They have a good selection of stuff and it's always clean and mellow in there. Vibes are immaculate and would recommend. They always have specials or deals going on too. For first time guests you get deals, you get points everytime u spend, you get deals for reffering a friend. They try giving deals for anything which is why I like them. You can play a claw machine to try winning something if u spend over $150 I believe.

So Cool dispensary, Max (the manager) is an outstanding Host, he shows the products in detail, agile in the attention.And above all I like the promotions in the Happy Hour ( between 9 to 11 in the morning and between 6 to 8 pm in the afternoon)

Love this place, it so convenient and easy to get whatever you need. I've been coming here for two years and everyone is so nice and helpful. Mario is always so helpful and Ana the new hire was so nice and had the best conversation.

The young red hair budtender lady was very attentive, even when traffic picked up. the most friendliest out of the other three stores I visited this morning. Service was great , they offered 10% for first timer and and 20% next visit.

Maximiliano and staff were super helpful and pleasant and exactly what you would hope for when you walk into a dispensary. This place is fresh clean. They have great deals and helpful down to earth staff. They always make you feel comfortable I highly recommend.

Okay shop, but they make the entire outside street smell like weed. Not sure if it's an obnoxious marketing tactic or they're really that inconsiderate. Be kind to your community. Invest in some air filtration.
