Wow! A business taking advantage of it's clientele. Wife and I, just went in to buy 2 bags of flower. Marked $14.40. Cashier says $40. Hand her money walk away. Review the math. 14.40*2=28.80. go back and ask why it cost EXACTLY $40? She says with taxes and fees. I say ok and walk away.
The taxes and fees are 37.5%? Or more probably- the woman was taking advantage of the marijuana community and their less than able immediate math skills, and pocketing the difference Everytime someone walks away?
Usually love this place and they help us with deals. But this was a very sour experience.

Make sure you park right because they now have the security guards checking to see if you park right. Otherwise, they won't let you in.

The security was very friendly, but the staff were too arrogant, they did not want to accept consular registration because I am from Mexico, poor service for the countrymen of Mexico

Old Mexican security at the front acts like a prick when asking for ID and literally blocked the front door when I tried to get in ? ( it’s visibly open) Pretty rude way of operating. Also redundant because you guys ask for ID AGAIN inside the store so what’s the point of having him stop people.

I’m writing this because I myself am in retail and deal with these things on a daily basis. I was a frequent customer until one of the vape cartridges I purchased from them exploded on my battery and is absolutely useless to me now! I went to exchange it because when I was previously there I witnessed another customer coming in with the same issue and they instantly apologized, pulled him up as a customer on the computer and replaced the cartridge. When it was my turn, the cashier girl asked for my receipt and then told me there was nothing she could do!! I explained that I had just witnessed the same type of thing happen and they appeased the customer and fixed the problem. Again, not for me, so $45 WASTED and a horrible experience
