BEWARE!!!!Been shopping there for years they always have all kinds of specials on little things and today I grabbed a bunch of stuff that was on special and when I went up to the cash register, they asked me if I wanted to join for 2995 I said no that’s OK not today and then they told me I had to pay full price for all the items I got because I wasn’t a member the first time it ever happened , so the old bait and switch through the years I’ve been in there many times bought tools and all kinds of stuff. Guess I’ll never go back there.

Not the best experience today! We bought a dolly and it was returned after someone used it and damaged it! Smelled like cigarettes, too! We went to exchange it and the store went to check the replacement and it was damaged in the box as well. We did take another one out of the store hopefully it's perfect.

I couldn't work without this nearby. HF quality has been increasing lately and their ICON brand tools are exceptional. Paint gun supplies, compressed air fittings, trailer parts, and Predator generators of which we now own 6 (2 x 9500 inverter, 4 x 5000 inverter). Outstanding reliability with Predator.

I stopped by this Harbor Freight this morning right when they open to look for a chain cutter tool. I looked on their website and it said that the item I wanted was in stock at this store. I was the first customer in the store when they open at 8am, there was open parking spots everywhere. When I walked inside a worker greeted me and I asked where the chains cutter were at. He told me aisle 5 so I walked toward there and started looking at other stuff they had. The chain cutter tool that I wanted wasn't there and there wasn't a lot of options. So I went back to the employees and ask him, he told me sometime the website is inaccurate especially if the item got stolen so he doesn't have the one I wanted. I still walked around the store to see what other stuff they had. It's a pretty spacious store with a lot of different tools.

The manager "Karen" does not understand customer satisfaction. This individual, is a robot. Do not expect any possible remedy for problems or defective items sold at this location. I urge all reading this to visit another store if you have a warranty claim. Cheers!

Nice well-stocked and well-staffed store of a good brand with handy tools. Already solved a plumbing issue and got some good deals on merchandise. The staff were good about looking into the back for something that wasn't on the shelf, and the store got an extra $110 or so out of it, a good business transaction and support for the business model. It's now my go-to for anything they stock, and has a handy location.
