I love guess. I didn’t like that they took my stuff out of the dressing room while I was still trying clothes at the store. They need to give the customer a nice customer service. At the other guess stores their service is much better. They took my purse, shoes and pants out of the dressing room I have no idea why.Sisnay and lizzet made me change my review from 3 stars to 4 stars very patient and nice. Thank you for helping me to find the clothes that I love and the beautiful pink handbag. Thank you

I always have a great experience at this Guess location! Nia is an awesome store manager and was super helpful with finding a good pair of jeans! I highly recommend this Guess and they also play good music!

Danielle and Jason were professional and they helped my mother with everything. They were very sweet and attended to us fast and quick. They walked us through different items through the store. I forgot the other lady name but she was so sweet to assist me with the sandals. Last time I came I didn't have a good experience so I was a little scared to go in this store but Danielle and Jason made my experience overall fantastic. I'm satisfied with my purchase.

This individual in this photo is extremely unprofessional. She took my merchandise and did not give me a refund. She indicated that I will receive a few found via mail or email when I asked her for a receipt she went off on me. She was so unprofessional and handle the situation extremely poorly I highly recommend that you do not visit the store for this employee to be trained, and for corporate office, take action against this employee.

Stopped in a couple days before Xmas and wasn't sure I would find any gifts that were affordable. Two associates helped me and was able to find a couple of items. Definitely think about Guess when shopping in the future.

I stopped by this Guess store while at Northridge mall. I was looking for a watch to wear to a wedding for a decent price. I usually never go to a Guess store but I wanted to see their selections. They have a lot of flashy watches, I just wanted a black watch. All of them looked pricey so I didn't buy it there. I also told my wife to look around the store for a dress but she didn't like anything. The worker there was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. We were the only guest inside the store.

I have loved Guess for many years. But when they publicly support recalls, and encourage voters to gather signatures for yet another EXPENSIVE recall that will never pass, I have to cut them right from my life. Businesses and politics don’t mix. Bye Guess.

If you have expensive taste this is the place for you.I paid 65 dollars for some cut off sweat pants. Walked out of the store and went to zummies and found what I really needed to match what I have. Never have been a trendy person, I create my own wear for the day. WILL NOT GO BACK TO EXSPENSIVE.
