I could not believe how expensive everything here was. I would have left with a cart full of stuff but instead walked out empty handed. Went to the books and one single USED tiny kids book was $5.99, the label on the back brand new was $4.99!! The DVD's are $3.99 when I go to other Goodwills they are still at $2.99, and the VHS tapes were just as expensive. I also looked at clothes and purses but nothing was worth what they priced them at. I used to love going to this locations Goodwill but not anymore. Greedy manager or something, whoever sets the prices should be ashamed.

I pulled up to donate things. I heavy-set woman with glasses, short hair greeted me and let me know they only accept women's clothing at this time. Great, that's mostly what I had. I started taking the bags out of my car. Same woman and a young guy with a beard were next to me, watching me take my bags out, no desire to help me. Thats ok. After I took out all my bags, I believe I had 10, the guy says sorry, we are full, we can't take your donations. What? you just told me all you accept is women's clothing now you waited until I got all my bags out to tell me that? They started to argue, supervisor (heavy set with glasses, wavy shoulder length hair) came out and said the same thing, no room. The heavy-set woman who originally greeted me said she just came out; she was not there when I got there. I couldn't believe her nerve to lie straight to my face because her supervisor was there. I They were so rude, no respect at all. I put all the bags back in my car, went over and nicely asked them for their names. I asked may I have your name please? and the young guys says, " I'm ok" I repeated my question again, he says, "I'm ok" They refused to give me their names, they refused to give the supervisor's name who had gone back inside. They said by law I don't have to give you my name lol. I drove to different location, very nice people, took all my bags. SO, it appears these lazy people don't want to work, they probably saw I have 10 bags and thought damn, I have to work. Let's turn her away. They are using this same tactic to turn people away. Goodwill makes money thanks to the donations from people. Whoever manages this location needs to find a different job or just go sit on your couch and don't work. Absolutely awful service, rude, horrible people, liars.

It's like pulling nails trying to donate. They either "arent accepting today"..."not accepting these items".."not accepting these items on this day"..YOU'RE A THRIFT STORE!! Get over yourselves. Some people probably give up and throw everything out. Maybe that's the goal so they don't have to deal with it.

Store manager have no kindness with people she have no customer skills, if you ask her a question she answers if she wants it, I been shopping at the store for more than 7 years and I have never seen a person so rude like her, she is some times at the register and she is rude like always, in places like that workers should have respect and good customer skills.

Horrible customer service. I tried to donate, brought few bags with nice cloth and they didn't accepted. When I asked when can I bring back donation, worker said it varies, you need to call daily to see availability. Completely insane.

Drove all the way to drop off 5 bags of clothes. Their website location says it opens at 10am, however when i pulled up the gentlemen standing there says i can’t come until noonish (even though their website says it opens at 10am) I planned my day around this. Very frustrating when I could have just left the donations there until they get their donation bins emptied, he said the truck that empties the bins comes last on the route, well why would they not be transparent on their website about this. I’ll go to Salvation Army instead from now on.

The past few times we have tried to donate at this location but the guy that is there ALWAYS says that they are not accepting donations. Multiple family members have tried to donate different items, furniture, etc., all in good condition, but this person always says they’re not accepting donations to come back at a different time or day. When we return at a different time/day, it’s still the same answer from the same person.

Awful. Rude. Racially biased staff. The staff goes out of their way to make customers who are not Latino/Latina feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was astonished by the blatant ignoring of African American, Asian, and white customers. It was unbelievable. I'll never be back. Don't support this place.

Changing rooms are locked (not to be used) "for the safety of customers". I asked an employee, and a store manager, what exact danger are they protecting customers from. Neither one could give me an answer. The manager mentioned people stealing or defecating in changing rooms, but to really get the answer for my question he suggested to call the corporate. I can buy, try at home, and then return. No thank you. There is plenty of stores (oh wait, ALL of them, but Goodwill) that have changing rooms. It just surprises me, that when you get all your merchandise for free, and your hangers are overfilled, you don't have enough respect for your customers to provide a changing room.

I went to this location plenty of times. I’ve spoken with one of the managers her name is jerkia before in donations small Interaction they were closing the donations and I end up coming late and she let me bring a few items to the store and I felt welcomed. Out of all the people there she was the best and she made sure to give me the coupon. Another good incident I had with jerkia was this jacket I was buying had no buttons and it had a stain and the people In the back priced it for so much even with the stains and everything but jerkia lowered it for me she’s such a kind sweet soul. We need more people like her in the world .

They are SO rude and nasty here. As SOON as walked in— (For Context: it was 8:25, they close at 9- I was not intending to grab anything but a single piece of furniture I saw the other day when I spent $50 here..) the manager made an announcement “umm, reminder we will be closing in 25 minutes please take your final purchases to the register now, THANKS!” As I quickly browsed the housewares section an associate brushed passed me; glaring angrily — I cannot begin to express how uncomfortable they made me feel. Then another announcement “can I get a security check in housewares?” (Mind you I was the ONLY person in the housewares section.) Now feeling absolutely targeted I attempted to take a photo of the empty aisles for my review— the associate RAN up to me; got in my face and started raising her voice “Did you take a picture of Me?! You can’t take a picture of me!” I was NOT taking a picture of her— at all her back was turned and she was not at all the focus of my photo; however at this point, since I was approached with such an accusatory response— I responded that I had not taken a photo of her but that I could take a photo of anything I want in a public space. She stormed off. I walked to the next aisle over and the man practically shouted (to be fair; he was cleaning up what appeared to be a broken art piece and lots of dirt) — “Closed! This is part closed. Closed!” At this point it was approx. 8:35. I was already ready to leave, then came a second announcement “Another FRIENDLY reminder, the store will be closing in 20 minutes and the registers do turn off at 9 so…” a few seconds later “umm and we just want to tell all the customers in the store you’re not allowed to take pictures of us, OK?” Upon leaving I asked to speak with a manager; I was not at all surprised to find that it was the GenZ girl, scrolling through her phone, with a disgusting attitude. Still; giving her the benefit of doubt, I attempted to explain to the manager why I was upset with the treatment I received- she literally rolled her eyes and said - “Are you done? Ok, cool you can leave then. Bye!” I will never donate to Goodwill again; I feel foolish for spending my money all these years with an organization that encourages discriminatory practices against their customers. Wow— just wow. Spend your money elsewhere.
