The owner is very rude and disrespectful. When I called because I was shopping around for prices he disrespected me on the phone. It seems that he has personal problems that he’s taking out on potential customers. Do not waste your money and time at Galaxy Auto Body & Sound. Go read the other negative reviews they posted negative reviews for a reason.

Galaxy auto body is the worst shop around. So many options in reseda I can’t imagine why anybody would let them destroy their car. Ofer the owner got himself a couple runners who scavenge at accidents (which is illegal) to refer him cars for repair and now he thinks he’s a big man. He doesn’t have any auto body skills. He is a cheap stereo installer, nothing more. PLENTY of good body shops on reseda!!! Take your car elsewhere!!!!

Horrible place got my alarm and remote start never worked. Poor workmanship black tape everywhere looks like a child put it in.

I had an experience in that shop to install a car stereo in my truck, so..- instead of OFC wires, CCA were installed. On the photo you can see how cheap the CCA wire connects to the OFC and speaker.- wire... from subwoofer to amp, was falling out from amp after a few days of using.- the speaker wires were installed together with a positive cable, which made some distortion noises.- every speaker should be connected to separate channels on the amp, but installed multiple speakers on one channel.- no soldering on wiresI fixed that... rewired and reconnected speakers with OFC cables by myself. Installed separate speaker wires with 0 gauge positive and ground. only after that my Focals started to sound like it should, without any noises and distortions.that is a shame after 10 years of experience in the sound business, a company doesn't know electricity basics and claim they are professional.When I went back to the shop, the owner said to me he does only body work and does not do any car audio installs, that's why he refuses refunds. probably he's the same pro with body work too..

I had a weird issue with my car and the dealership wanted to charge me $2200 for something I didn't need in order to 'fix' the problem. These guys were fast, professional, and charged way less to actually fix the problem. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

I've done all of my company trucks with Galaxy auto sound for their cameras and recording devices.Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they're quick to install and help you out in the future for any problems.Definitely recommended if you need cameras and I know they also do sound systems as well

Galaxy auto is top notch The boss man is all over it taking care of the people and making sure the job is excellent every time they go over and above I've been using galaxy auto sound for over 12 years galaxy rocks the San Fernando Valley with auto sounds and now they do auto body work too it's always a great experience to go there and George is one of the main installers he's an amazing guy 5

This place is a downright scam. I called them and told them that my auxiliary system button wasn't working and they claimed that I needed a new auxiliary port even though the port is working just fine. Even after I tried to explain this to him because I have tested it and the port is working great, he still insisted on it being replaced when it is more likely just a fuse for the button itself. Scam, avoid this place at all costs as they are probably up charging a bunch of people. I was about to come here because of the good reviews but clearly these good reviews are from family and friends or just plain fake.

They are the best audio installers in the San Fernando valley, they did a great job installing a sound system on my 2015 Chevy Suburban, George and the installers and Offer the Owner of Galaxy Auto sounds are the Best!!

Was recommended this place by my trusted mechanic to get my dashcam installed. $150, not including tip, for a dual channel (front and back cam) install, took a bit more than an hour.The owner seemed like a real honest businessman, and the staff seemed very intelligent. They knew their way around car tech.Recommend for anyone who needs gadgets installed into their car.
