Don't buy from this company! I have had my Fossil watch for over 6 years. It has been a great watch and I used to get amazing service here. Never had to pay for a battery. Now they want to charge you for everything and will not honor any warranties. The said it would be $20 or maybe more to open it and maybe change the battery. They didn't know if it was even in stock because they don't have much stock. They only offer a one year plan rather then the lifetime one I bought with my watch. They sold off the smart watches so now they are an over priced bag seller. Even the new watches don't work like they used to.

If I could give a negative rating less than 1 star, I would.I find some of the employees very dishonest. I took my Fossil watch and asked if they could help of figure out the type of batty in it. I was offered to have it replaced for $20. I declined and simply asked if they could give me the battery number. They reluctantly took the watch to the back office and came back 10 minutes later pretending that they had removed the backplate and determined that the battery number was 364. However, later I discovered that the actual battery number was SR626SW (see photo).My take: Stay away from this store in Northridge Mall.

My first experience was really good here. The saleslady that helped me was very friendly and even helped me fit the watch I purchased to my wrist right then and there. Couple weeks go by and I went again to replace a battery on another fossil watch and to resize the watch I had bought initially. No customers were in the store, however they were so "backed up" they couldn't help me remove one link on my watch. Regarding the battery replacement. It had been around a couple weeks since I dropped it off and they just didn't have the battery, instead of telling me they'd order the battery and give me a timeline on my repair they instead offered to keep holding onto the watch and whenever they'd get in the battery they'd do the replacement. Overall my purchase experience was very nice, but when wanting further service for my other fossil watches or even one that I had just bought from there was very poor. I felt like they didn't want to help or cared unless I was there to purchase a watch I'd go here again to purchase new watches for sure, but for any service/maintenance I'd go to Fast Fix instead which is on the first floor in the same mall, which they replaced the battery in my watch and helped me resize the other in 5 minutes!!

I took my wife here this morning so she can return the purse/backpack she got online because it went on sale for black fridat so the price was cheaper. We came exactly at 11am when they open to avoid any lines or rush of people. The lady working was very helpful and nice while issuing the refund. She told my wife to take a picture of the tracking number so she can keep track on the status of the return. The store is not that big but they have a decent amount of stuff inside. They had a couple of nice watches and smart watches for both gender here. This store is on the 2nd floor if you never been to this mall before and there are tons of parking here.

I came in earlier today and was happy to see that their 30% off leather goods was still in progress. I was helped by Erick and Olivia. Both employees were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly. I bought a large purse and wallet that were so affordable that I couldn't resist getting a watch! It was an all-around rewarding and pleasant experience. I'll be back to do some Christmas shopping soon!

I had two watches that ran out of batteries. I took them to this store. The manager took them to a room at the back of the store. He came back and said he broke the glass of one of my watches when he wanted to put the back part back. He offered me to surrender the broken watch and receive $60 credit which is much less than what I paid for the watch. he offered me to get a new watch with 50% off. For the other one I asked him to change the band. He did and I took it home without looking at the screen.The next morning I noticed a number bar of the the screen is missing. I looked at the screen and couldn't find it. How is that possible a watch part just disappears. I took it to the store and the guy couldn't find it either but didn't take a responsibility for that. He offered me to surrender the watch and get a 50% off for a new watch. It means I lost my two favorite watches and paid for the new watches. I feel I have been robbed.Also my boyfriend bought a bag and when he took it home it was a darker color compare to the one on display. He returned it but the same guy argued that the color of the display bag is faded during time. I told him how come the other side of the bag on display that was not exposed to the light was faded too? He did not have anything else to say and gave him the store display bag which was used and no additional discounts!

I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism I received at the Fossil Store in the Northridge Mall. Both Erick and Damaris were able to answer all of my questions and assisted me with a beautiful engraving for my watch. Thank you, both! :)

I came in 12/27 around 2pm looking to get a battery replacement and a new band for a gifted watch . I spoke to the Male Manager (refused to give me his name) who helped me and quoted me 10$ for battery replacement and 30$ for the band. No problem, happy to pay for that. Manager proceeded to take the watch to the back and bend the watch face causing the top to bend back and look warped. He then proceeds to tell me that he can take 50% off a new one or tells me that I can send it in and pay for the shipping and handling. Idk how you can bend someone watch and then tell them that the best you can do is have them pay 90$ for a new watch. Of course I started to get annoyed since he broke my watch and now wants me to pay an 90$ for his mistake. He starts giving me attitude as if I broke his watch! This is terrible customer service and I won't buy anymore fossil watches at this location anymore. Idk who he is but he deserve to get fired.

Came in this past Friday The manager Maximus was very kind and helpful! The watch I wanted was sold out online but he helped me find a similar one and let me try on with no issue! And made sure it fit perfect! I really appreciated it a lot because me and my business partner just came from the macys in the mall and the jewelry dept treated us like we were tryna steal and was coughing all over everything
