My wife and I stopped by here this evenings to drop off a package to be shipped out. We already had the labels and everything so all we had to do was come here and drop it off. Finding parking at 6pm here was fine since a lot of people don't park where FedEx is at. We were able to get a spot in the front and just walked inside the store. A worker greeted us, scanned the package, give us our receipt and that was it.

Horrible experience with the customer service here. The lady I dealt with was unfriendly and didn’t offer any discount for a mistake they made themselves. Instead, she just threw away the print rather than letting me have it, even though it was their last-minute error. This put me in a tough spot. I’d suggest avoiding this place and heading to Office Depot instead around the corner —the staff there is way friendlier.

Be going here for months to print on large format specialty paper. I always use the same machine. Today I tried a different machine, paper jammed. The abrasive manager gave me the third degree about not using the right kind of paper. She wanted me to show her documentation that the paper I was using was specifically for LaserJet printers. Showed her the packaging, which says "digital" (and made for laser) but she wasn't having it. Wouldn't take my word for it that I've used the same paper to print out hundreds of similar copies between this location and the one in Woodland Hills without incident. No offer of a refund for the copy that jammed. Won't be going back.

My first visit and definitely my last. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. I asked for assistance with the fax machine, I had an extremely important document to send and wanted it sent properly. When I asked her for help I could tell she was annoyed by my request. She said she was busy and would help me shortly. A man came in after me walked directly to the counter and she helped him immediately while I still waited. Self service stations should be for people who want self service, customers needing a service from an employee should get service. I do not work at Fed Ex I am a customer.

You have earned a loyal customer and I will recommend to all. TG, Samira and the crew were phenomenal. I needed to format and print service bulletins for my mother's memorial service. We were so time pressed and flustered as this was so unexpected. TG understood the sensitivity of our situation; she formatted what I had produced on my laptop to "fit" properly into pamphlet or booklet form. The result was stunning. Mom would have been so pleased. They had the job done in less then 24 hours. I cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you, thank you.

Great print and ship center! The staff were professional, friendly and efficient from my first phone call to my visit and completing the pack and ship. Yvette, Moises and Jaleel were there that day and they were are terrific!

My gripe is more about the new printing service policy. I go in every month to print the same thing on a specific paper. I use to get the “full service” apparently, until they added an additional charge. So now they tell me to self serve. Kinda annoying when I’m not getting paid to work, but ok FedEx, let’s play your game. So now I still have to wait in line to ask for the specific type of paper I need, go to the self serve where the worker STILL prints the entire job for me, and then takes me to register to pay for it. I don’t understand any of this, it’s just a huge waste of time for everyone, both myself and your employees. Fix your stupid process, FedEx, cuz this one just makes no sense. I’m saving $2 for your employee to waste 30-40mins. Just sayin…So when I called the customer service line to provide feedback, they responded with “I’m sorry, but I do not understand your request”, in the same manner as an automated message lol I really can’t with this process.
