The customer service is less than stellar…the guy working the register last Monday around 7 was not friendly at all, didn’t greet, and was just talking to his coworker while he rang me up. Not cool.

Found the cutest pair of work leggings along with 2 tops and Antonio (I hope I got the name right) was nice enough to help me out. I came by a little bit before closing and the staff was very attentive. I really appreciate the cashier, Antonio, for going above and beyond for me at checkout. It’s rare to have great customer service in retail environment. Love this store!

I purchased some Jean's online, returned and Express refused to pay back my shipping cost, when I paid the cost..." This is not fair to those who pay shipping online when don't offer free pickup for certain items".. Think twice about online shopping "...They should payback the whole cost of your items purchased"..
