This was a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend, and it turned out to be an incredible experience. It was an intimate setting, just the two of us, and it took some time for us to grasp the clues. I recommend going in a group as it might expedite the process.

This is such a fun place that we've now done all of their rooms at this location with our family. Keno is an awesome game master and made our last room there a real blast! So happy we were lucky enough to have him!

Myself and my partner did the Enchanted Forest and it was a blast. The puzzles were fun and interesting and kept us on our toes. We were told it was the easiest of their rooms and maybe went in with a slightly bigger ego than we should have, because we only made it out with seconds to spare. The hint system was one of my favorites because it made you reserve them for when you really needed them. Keno did our game and was fantastic. Super enjoyable experience!

I had the pleasure of attending Escapology yesterday. Went in a group of 4 and found the experience to be highly enjoyable! Tatum was a wonderful, entertaining game master. The roll-out of hints in the escape room were helpful but never overstepped, and we got out just in time! A fun, team-building challenge that made all of our afternoons. Highly recommend.

My friends and I did the pirate adventure room and it was so so much fun!! Tatum was the PERFECT host and game master!! She has amazing energy that got us fired up for the game and she gave us perfect, subtle hints at the just right times. It was challenging but we escaped just in time:) This was my favorite escape room experience ever and I highly recommend it!!

Me and a friend went and tried their hardest room last night. We got about halfway through but couldn't figure out all the clues. The staff was friendly, and even though we didn't escape, the room was extremely fun and amusing. Definitely check it out if you're interested.

We wanted to do something fun together as family and landed on the Enchanted Escape Rooms Northridge location. We made sameday reservation easily through their website. We chose the Genie Ramsom challenge, which was stated as 27% success rate within the 1 hour timelimit. We appreciated the technological aspects of challenges, and it was great to see our teenagers working together, each utilizing their own strengths and cleverness. Fun challenge and one of the nicest escape rooms we've experienced.

Enchanted Escape Room is an absolute thrill! The puzzles were challenging and engaging, keeping us on our toes. The attention to detail in the room design created an immersive experience. The staff was friendly, offering just the right hints when needed. The teamwork required added to the excitement, making it a fantastic group activity. We tackled the room "Quest for the Lost Relic" and were mesmerized by the intricate storyline. Enchanted Escape Room delivers an adventure that's both captivating and entertaining. If you're seeking an exhilarating escape, this is your destination. Kudos to the team for crafting such an enchanting adventure!

We played Enchanted Forest a while back, and Spellbound yesterday, and both we had a great time with! Really cool environments, the puzzles were challenging enough but still able to get to with some critical thinking. Kyle and Jordan were both great, we’ll be back at some point!

Was ok. But the room we got was super dark, and instead of providing flashlights they made us use our phone lights which is hard on a battery. Then we almost got out but were missing the last step..and when the room keeper tried to show us how the last step worked it even took him like 3 tries to get it to work right..so we had no chance. But overall it was cute.

This was my 10th escape room and we decided to do the "Enchanted Forest." The picture online made it seem cute but wow, just wow, was it AWFUL. It was SO cheap and tacky. It was so dark that we missed several important clues, not from being careless but because we literally could not see them. I'm assuming the lights are so low because they don't want you to see how cheap it is (but you can't miss it). We ended up having to use our cell phone lights. You couldn't tell black from green from blue which was kind of important... Also, literally half the room was broken. The cheap "grass" floor is coming up. Someone is going to trip and face-plant for sure. We would solve a puzzle and the box simply wouldn't open. I can't tell you how many puzzles we solved that didn't work, causing us to waste time trying to figure something else out, only to come back to the same conclusion and try the same thing over and over again for it to work on try 10. It was really frustrating and a complete waste of money. Also, when we started the room, the girl just took us in and said good luck. We had to ask her what the objective was and she was like "oh ya" and then gave us the spiel. There is a reason they don't have images of the actual room or a video teaser like many escape rooms do... because if you saw it before booking, they would go out of business. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

We were brought into a room that resembled a forest. The room was not lit and I asked if we were going to be in the dark and was told we were, and to use the flashlight on our phones. I was not expecting to have to use my phone, and it wasn't charged all the way. It would have been nice to have that info on the website. A flashlight is a must for the Enchanted room! The room itself was kind of dilapidated, and things were broken. The cabinet that contained the most vital clues to escape, was broken, and although we solved the clue to get into it, it just clicked and would not open and the knob had fallen off. When our time was up, we told and showed, the worker the cabinet, and his response was "Oh, I have to check into that." I asked him if the clues inside were important, and he said that they were basically the ones that would have solved the mystery. Because the box was broken, we never stood a chance to "escape." I would not waste my money on this room. I also was not happy that the young kid didn't take it seriously when we showed him the broken box. This was not the fun, exciting, experience we paid for.

Enchanted Room. First off, it's dark in the room so better have your phone flashlight. That's being said, holding a phone flashlight while trying to find clues is cumbersome but ok fine. Second the room was sketchy to say the least. Things were broken and missing. We found a clue, which led us to a box containing essential clues. However, that box wouldn't open completely, it was stuck. Because we couldn't open it, we couldn't get to the essential clues to finish the room. We tried and tried and couldn't get the box to open. Without those clues there was no way to move forward. Nothing in the room made sense after that because we didn't have the materials to move forward. Also so many things were torn and weathered, stuff hanging off walls that shouldn't be, stuff torn, looked delapitated. Therefore things that turned out to be clues looked like just like rest of the things that were broken or torn making it difficult to tell what was part of the game and what wasn't. We got clues from the locked boxes but they were worthless because we couldn't get into the first clue box. When the time was up we asked the guy what were we supposed to have done. He explained that the box (which we couldn't get open) would have led us to the rest of the clues and the "passports" we needed. We showed him that it wasn't opening and as much as we tried, we followed exactly what he said we had to do, it clicked open part way and stuck. All he said was "oh I'll have to look into that" and walked away. Now no, we didn't ask for a refund or anything, (we didn't get the opportunity anyway) but it sure would've been nice for them to at least acknowledge that it was messed up, they were sorry, and even a discount on another room would have been appreciated. But that he just walked away with basically a shrug was really disconcerting and the reason I would give this a zero if I could
