I reached out to Global Electronics and Alex responded immediately to arrange a visit/consultation to assess my situation.Alex arrived on time and was very professional. He left my home with the promise that he would do some research to find the right replacement speakers for my system. I told him that my goal was to have my home theater working optimally by Thanksgiving.The problem was that my current speakers were about 13 years old, and most of the newer speakers on the market now are smaller in dimension. Alex explained that the key to the project was to find speakers with the same (or similar) physical dimensions as my current speakers so that the job wouldn’t turn into a major construction patch job after installation.
