People, please be very careful when purchasing at this location. About 3 weeks ago I was passing by and this necklace caught my attention, of course sakes people came quickly and Asher if I had an account with them. I said yes, they convince me to purchase this necklace, anyone who knows me knows how quickly I can say yes so I proceeded. I told them I had an account a long time ago, the lady said oh it ok we can help you, my account was from 2011, I paid off what I had finagled in 2011. I gave them my id and my most recent information, within 10 minutes they had the contact ready. Push forward to last week my husband calls me very upset asking why there was a purchase from them under his credit? I was not sure what he was referring to. I called them really quick and the lady I spoke to (very unprofessional) said he was a co applicant, I told her that does not sound right as he was not aware of this purchase, he did not consent. She said " well he was a go applicant in 2011 and it was your responsibility to ask us to remove him" I was in disbelief, I asked her how could it be possible for me to know this, not ones did they bring him up and this was 13 years ago, why would they think it be ok to run his credit without him being present or even knowing of the transfusion taking place. She insisted it was my fault and they did nothing wrong. I told her they did fraud and I'd report them to the BBB she said "go ahead" so days later I call to follow up I spoke to the SM Delia, she said they spoke to corporate and removed him off the account. I told her, do you knew this was wrong and they committed fraud, she was still in denial saying they did nothing wrong. Can anyone imagine a decade later having a company run your credit and approve the credit without your approval? Wow if this is "legal" as they say it it, we are in deep shit as you can have things in your credit without approving it simply because 13 years prior they had an account. I'm glad they removed him, when the BBB does its investigation they will see they cheated it because they had nothing from him approving this. Check your credit customers of Don Robertos, to have sales they will do fraud. Delia, do better when repeating that store, as a manager you should have taken responsibility for the mistake apologized to me and look for a resolution, you didn't there for I will move forward with fraud. Very disrespectful business. The epitome of discrimination. They asked for my wife's identification if she wanted to see a cheap pair of earrings. Very cheap, about 75 dollars. I would not buy anything from them if it were the last jewelry store in the world. I can understand if I asked to see the Crown Jewels, but cheap earrings? Shame on this business for their discriminatory practices and stereotyping of patrons.
