The checkout person was very friendly and we got to chatting a bit about movies and books we both liked. But not to the point of slowing down the checkout process…! He was also very efficient.

Do not go to this CVS! I’m not sure if ALL the CVS stores have the same stupid policy or just this one. First of all they don’t price match to their CVS online prices. I went to the store to purchase an item because I needed it fast. I tried to price match and I wasn’t able to. They wanted me to place an online order WHILE BEING AT THE STORE so that I could get the online price. Then after letting them know how stupid that policy was they were finally going to honor it but turns out I couldn’t use my 30% and rewards. This store just wasted my time. Taking my money elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Such a bad costumer service! I came here to pickup medicine after 8 hours in the ER painful and exhausted asking for help, the girl didn't want to help me and totally ignored me saying she is going on lunch break but when someone else came she gave her help right away, answered her question, gave her a medicine, took her time to explain (you're not on a lunch break?!), when I told her I was here first why you help her and not me, she just turned her back on me, closed the sliding doors and still continued to help the other person! This is ridiculous! Zero humanity. Im standing in pain and cry for help and she chooses who to help and who not to. All costumers need to get equal service, this is not exactable! I love this CVS location, it has a drive thru and it's easy to talk to the pharmacist over the phone unlike other locations. The store is clean, they have self checkouts and the staff is friendly. The only thing which would give this a 5 star rating is if it's 24/7. Plenty of parking spaces

Excellent experience shopping at this CVS. I was greeted by an employee when I entered the store and the products I couldn’t find I was able to get help from an employee. The store seemed to have everything I needed in stock and very clean inside as well.

Good customer service, always busy. I only came here for some cough drops that I've been looking for. They had them, so I purchased a bag. Not that I needed them, but I like to always have some available. Free self parking shared with L.A. Lasagna and Burger King.

I looked online for a specific item and the website said that it had it in stock and I arrived and it didn't. I drove 45 minutes to get the item. I am very disappointed. CVS needs to fix its website.

So I waited for the pharmacy to open from lunch. They shut down the whole thing for their lunch time. I then stand in this very long line to pick up my script and I have cupcakes for my person. The lady with the tattoo of the sword on her chest gets my script. She then asks me if I don’t mind going to the front of the store to purchase the cupcakes because they are busy. Terrible customer service.
