As a college student I found prices in the Iles there are not cheap there expensive like other shopping malls like we are college students, and we have to get discount or Lower price cause this is not right? Anyways all and all they have good customer service.

The campus store has a LOT of useful and nice things to buy. However, they overcharge for almost everything. Nearly 3x the original price. Only worth buying from if you're looking for CSUN merch or need something urgently.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. You can find a few deals on clothes and books although the price is still higher than Amazon and other books stores. Instead of price matching when we show you the competition price, do your due diligence and price match as nearly as you can. That way we will just get the book there. It's a convenience to buy books on campus and mingle with other students, but who wouldn't rather save money? Support your students that way, they can support you. You can't say you are here for us and want to see us grow then over price books just to get the money given to us right back. It's a vicious cycle of shenanigans everywhere you go.

Do not purchase any electronics because the staff is not educated on giving proper recommendations for the products. Also, avoid the safeware insurance as the company does not in person service and will ship without fixing the product and claim it fixed the product. Avoid purchasing any expensive products and product insurance.
