I love this place for shorts! I mean, I love all their clothes, I've found quite a few different pieces I like, but I keep coming back for the shorts. I have a small waist, but bigger hips and thighs, and have a hard time finding shorts that fit just right to flatter that, until I started shopping here! In fact, I still have a pair that are my favorite from here that I have owned for 10+ years now, so I guess another great thing is how long they last! And the prices are so reasonable too

Damn yo, what happened to Cotton On? Did I get pickier, or did they always suck? Most of my recent purchases from them are tearing apart after one wash, like their socks. Their old stuff is still in my closet. I'm wearing shorts that are still looking fresh, and they're six years old. I don't usually Karen it up, but today "Priscilla" (if I were her, id give a fake name too) had 0 empathy for a return with the tag present but removed. Like how does a tag removed negate a legit return in CA? I had to call their customer service to get it authorized. I hate the whole "vote with money," but these large corporations are precisely what's wrong with our society. I run small businesses, and id accept a return without a tag, because customer loyalty is more important than $40. End rant

Really bad customer service , came in and the employees didn't even said hi , I asked some questions and they ignored me. , never coming back to this specifi location again , also store was a mess .

Place was close when i went there today at 2pm. There was no note on the door on why they closed. I tried calling the store but no answer. Its very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Clean store, organized racks, and good prices. Employees are always super nice and helpful. Lines can be long for check out, but always worth the good deals! I feel the quality here in shirts is great as well.

The store is kept very clean and organized. One of the girls that work here needs to work on her customer service skills. Very bad attitude.

I've never had a bad experience at a retail store until i shopped here. I asked for help on a sale item and the lady unpacking boxes her name was MARIEN referred me to the woman on register who was extremely busy. I waited almost 20 min just to ask a question. Once i asked for the manager because i was upset they refer me back to the woman in the back who couldn't help me. I was so disturbed and once again this woman had a lot of Attitude once i pointed out my frustration. She was careless and this is no way to run a business!!! MARIEN needs to be re trained.

So I walked in , loved the dress on the mannequin, it was the last one. I was told I can’t try it on!? Weird? So I asked how do I know how it would look? And she said “well you have to buy it in order to be able to try it on” Ridiculous!!! Never heard of this!

You have to pay for bags when you shop at this store which makes no sense when you're purchasing clothes you gonna walk out with Clothing in your hands if you don't purchase a bag it seems like the concept of this place is bring your own bag
