I called this place because I needed repairs on my car after a collision. I spoke to Jenny and she was very helpful in assisting and answering all my questions in regards to repairs ect. I was very nervous after my collision and stressing out , but her customer service made me feel at ease . I knew I was in good hands. I had called other places and fell intimidated , but here I was assisted and made the process easy . I will recommend to everyone

This review comes after a few engagements with a Greg and Jenny at the Collision Repair Center. Unfortunately, I cannot find pictures from the first time they did body work on our car but the images are from our most recent experience. My car door was hit as I was exiting my car in a shopping center parking lot! Be careful folks! A woman attempted to park in the spot next to mine and jammed her car into my open door. In any case- of course, I had to go through insurance and all that jazz, and initially Jenny had told me she was not able to help us. That they would not be able to get to the car until February (accident happens mid-December; talk about timing ). I tried to go elsewhere but to be honest, we had such a fantastic experience the first time they did body work on the same car (I was rear ended) that I reached back out to Jenny who manages the office, and asked her if she could speak with Greg to see if he could sneak us in. Greg was wonderful and did. THANK YOU! Jenny is a bit rougher around the edges and that's probably because I misspoke her name (my apologies!). She explains everything thoroughly and is fantastic over email. She's really nice and easy to work with (once we got past the snafu). Greg's work is clean, thorough, and he does everything with integrity. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. They repaired the front bumper and diver's door. Initially I was quoted the work would take two weeks but they were able to complete the work in ten days including the weekend. Greg is really nice and their repair and body work are fantastic. It's not common to come across mechanics who do good work and have a good work ethic. I hope we won't need body work again BUT in the event we do, I'll be sure to come back.

I'm genuinely happy with the service that was done on my Honda civic when I brought it in, especially with the speed at which things were taken care of. This was my first accident so I wasn't knowledgeable about how things went, but the staff Jenny was extremely helpful with the process, especially when preordering the parts for my car as I was having issues with my insurance. The damage on my civic was really bad on a large portion of the driver's side, but when I came back to pick it up it looked like nothing happened at all. Even after looking at it to see if there were any issues with the work done on it I didn't find anything and was satisfied. I 100% recommend this place as the customer service overall is amazing, especially the services that were done on my car.Services: Body & Trim

I’m so happy with how the repairs to my Toyota 4Runner turned out. My car looks brand new, like nothing ever happened. Jenny was so sweet and helpful. I was having a hard time with getting my insurance company to call me back and approve my repairs. I found out till it was too late that I didn’t have rental coverage there for I would be without a car, my insurance was taking for ever to approve my repairs. Jenny offer to preorder the parts for me so I would be without a car for less days. I was very happy with all the help I received and with how great my car looks.Services: Painting

I was visiting from out of town and there was a part that attached to the front bumper and the bottom of the car that had come loose/been damaged. The owner took it off for me and made it possible to drive home to have the work done locally, instead of having to wait in town for the part to be delivered. He didn't charge me -- very honest. Would recommend!

This shop is wonderful: got into an accident during the holidays and not to have a car is frustrating, so I look for a location that could help me out. Saw this place and put my car in and fully trusted without knowing what there reputation is and came out happy with the work they did with great time. They are really great with costumers service. Help when something was wrong with no hesitation. Really recommend this place if need your car fix.

I have been a returning customer for all my collisions because of the exceptional customer service and immaculate repair jobs. Jenny was very helpful when it came to insurance questions. Greg was very knowledgeable when it came to repairs. I have recommended Collision Repair Center to my friends and coworkers who were very happy about the whole process from beginning to end. Thanks for the exceptional job!

Highly recommend this Collision Repair shop best in the Valley! I have been a returning client for all my previous collisions for a reason. They have amazing customer service and make sure everything is explained thoroughly. Work is very professional and repairs done were very clean. Greg was very helpful and answered several questions with patience. Definitely check them out for all your collision repair needs!

I've never written a review about a business but I am compelled to WARN others to stay away from this place. I wish I would have read the prior reviews because I had a likewise experience with Jenny. She is not only extremely rude but distorts the truth and acts like she knows everything. If you ask questions, she's very condescending and I had to do everything in my power to not go off on her and had to walk away before saying something equally as rude. The work done on the vehicle was terrible, the paint didn't even match the rest of the car. Had to wait for them to hurriedly clean the car when coming to pick it up and left parts under the drivers seat that should have been put back on the car. I am writing to the Better Business Bureau about my experience there, it was that bad. If Jenny doesn't like her job, she should find another job instead of taking it out on customers. I would not be surprised if she is a relative of the Owner because she would be fired from any other business for the way she acts. I'm livid over my horrible experience at this place and the car is worse that what it was prior to going there...just a bunch of excuses from her and no help whatsoever! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED,,,read the other reviews, I am not alone.

Everyone is right about Jenny on here. Terrible customer service. I lie that they Detailed my car after fixing it but the repair ended up falling apart after repair I finally took it in and they blamed me. I do not recommend this place. Their hours suck as well. Inconsistent
