I was here for 1hr and 45 minutes and let me tell you not worth it! I'm really disappointed I had to go home and clean and vacuum my car..For $50 I was expecting a decent clean..definitely not going back! I even tipped him $8 I advice look before you tip! If I would've known I wouldn't have ripped!

I had a poor experience and I called and spoke with Ignacio. He told me if I bring it back he would make it right and he did. I appreciate him and his effort to make sure that I was happy with the job that was done cleaning my car. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Wash quality is one of the best in the area, but the sales folks are down right arrogant and uncourteous. Hope the management takes some notice. Some of the sales people are good, so depends on whom you get I guess. Like the guy who talked to me is like we will charge you for wash even if you get a detailing package, whereas I have been going here for 15 years and it was not the case. Note: There are other good hand car wash places nearby.

I happen to be in the area 07/08/2024 and decided to get a car wash as I’ve seen this car wash spot here for years being raised here in the SFV, and must say avoid this dump of a car was at all cost I’ll keep it short and let the after wash pictures speak for themselves. Spend your money elsewhere

I took my filthy truck to them after a weekend of off roading. Got the $64.99 high pressure hand wash. Simply put, they knocked it out of the park. Just a heads up, you're going to wait a while...they're not fast but at least they are thorough. I'll be back.

Horrible service, they are rude from the second you pull up. They didn't vaccum the seats properly. The back seats still had doritos and food crumbs. The front glass still had bug splatter. My 7 month pregnant friend and spent an additional 15 minutes vacuuming and wiping the inside the car and all the manager could say to me is I got the cheapest package. So I guess a $25 car wash doesn't include basic vacciming and windshield cleaning.
These are the a$#holes that refused to give us our money back and let a 7month pregnant woman clean her own car!

The service is never great but never bad, the wash is a hit or miss and the guys sometimes miss spots when in a rush even when you pay for a more premium option car wash.

FEEL SCAMMED! THIS IS THE THIRD CHANCE IVE GIVEN THIS LOUSY PLACE AND THIRD TIME IVE WASTED MY MONEY. PAID ALMOST $70 FOR A COMPLETE SERVICE THEY DID NOT CLEAN. EVEN AFTER TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEE ANS HIM REASSURUING ME HE WOULD MAKE SURE THEY DID A GOOD JOB THEY DID NOT EVEN VACCUM MY SEATS OR BACK AREA AT ALL DID NOT CLEAN INTERIOR OR WHEELS UNFORTUNATELY I NOTICED ONCE I LEFT WILL NEVER GO BACK

Like a bad boyfriend I’m finally done!
I’ve been going here for years. For a long time it was quality service at a good price. As the years went by the washes got worse, but they didn’t raise the price so it was OK service cheap and they were nice people. After the pandemic, they raised the price to $30. Though it was overpriced and they didn’t do a great job, they didn’t insist on handwashing my car (which is low) so I kept giving them my business. Sometimes they did a better job than others but never really $30 worth. Today I went in and the gentleman told me that because I had new wheels, he couldn’t guarantee that they wouldn’t get damaged in the regular wash and insisted that I needed a hand wash for $45. I succumbed to this and figured at least with the $45 hand wash, there would be much better quality. It was the opposite. The worst I’ve ever had done there. Absolutely horrible. On many occasions after leaving there, I have said “I’m never going back” however this time we are, as Taylor Swift would say, “never ever ever ever getting back together”!

First and last time customer. Overpriced for the quality of service. I paid $45 for a wash that was worth more like $15. There were still spots on my car when they finished, but I was in a rush so didn’t have time to ask them to fix it. Will not be returning.
