Not only did they accommodate me with holding the one outfit I was able to exchange, because they still had it in stock, the sales lady remembered me & the item she was holding from our phone conversation the other day. She showed me the location of the sizes I needed, devoted some time to help me find an outfit or dress to exchange for the other outfit they didn't have in stock & came back after she helped other customers to see if she could further assist me.”
