Chevron is a gas station that offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. Customers appreciate the convenient location and easy access, especially for quick stops near Northridge Mall. The station features a clean and tidy environment, with a well-maintained car wash that is praised for its quality and affordability. One of the standout points is the competitive gas prices, which are considered among the cheapest in the SF Valley, with prices as low as $4.89 per gallon in February 2023. This makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious drivers. However, there are some issues noted by customers. The signage can be misleading, suggesting that gas costs only $4.39 unless a car wash is purchased, which can cause confusion. Additionally, the pump screens are sometimes difficult to see because they are scratched. The payment process can also be problematic; customers have reported that paying with a card requires going inside to the cashier, where communication can be difficult due to language barriers and masks. Overall, while Chevron offers good prices and convenient services, some aspects of the experience—like signage clarity and payment ease—could be improved.
I live right next door, but literally every time I have come here they are closed or they just refuse to sell me anything. If you can go to another gas station or food Mart. Do it. Save yourself the grief of dealing with this place. You're welcome.

Merchant lied about the price of gas. Gas was $4.80. Scammers don’t get gas here

The cashier was courteous but the sign is misleading. It leads you to believe that gas is only 439 when it's not unless you buy a car wash. But nowhere's opposited.
