I visited this the branch this morning. I found it quiet and clean. The only thing is there was no welcoming or greeting which is normally common in all of the Chase branch. Overall my experience was good.

Quite possibly the slowest drive up ATM's at any Chase in the valley or LA. Takes you forever to do any transaction! If you're in a rush, avoid at all costs.

I've been a customer of chase for more than 2 decades and recently had fraud on my account when I called customer service they were less than helpful so I needed to come into the branch and speak with a service representative I met DayAnna and she was absolutely wonderful she took me under her wing and protected my account she gave me the confidence that chase would fix the fraud. She did not let me leave branch until I was fully protected.
I would recommend for you to ask for her by name, she is smart, eager to help, knowledgeable, and puts the clients needs 1st. She is the reason I'll keep my accounts active at chase.
DayAnna is a superstar!! Thanks again for your personal attention and help girl. It was a real pleasure meeting you.

We opened a savings and checking accounts here. Susie was helpful, knowledgeable and gave us all the ins and outs on how to avoid fees and monthly charges. There's an inside and drive thru ATMs which we like

I give this bank a perfect 5/5 rating! I want to express my utmost respect and appreciation for Ms. Beth and Ms. Mariana Meza. They truly went above and beyond in taking care of me. As someone who is new to the banking system and credit scores, I had many questions about using a credit card effectively to build a good relationship with Chase Bank. Mariana patiently listened to all my inquiries, from basic to advanced, and took her time to ensure I understood everything. She even helped me create my own credit card and add authorized users.Mariana's exceptional communication skills and warm welcome made me feel valued as a customer. Before my interaction with Mariana, Ms. Beth kindly assisted me by addressing a question I had in her office. She listened attentively to my needs and provided excellent service.I was impressed by how the bank efficiently managed a busy day with a full office. Despite the crowd, they handled each client with care and professionalism.As a Chase Bank customer, I am thrilled to have such a convenient branch near my house. The exceptional bankers, like Ms. Mariana and Ms. Beth, truly understand the importance of being helpful, communicative, and supportive. Please don’t attend to this office if you need to do an investment or to request additional assistance. We made an appointment a week ago for last October 28,2023. Sussie Martínez reschedule us since she had a busy schedule and the office offered only two investor to assist people. We arrived earlier and after 20 min I found this woman taking with clients and employees. She even told us”I will be shortly with you guys” . We were about to leave but when we got the meeting her lack of professionalism was disappointed. She did not provide us any brochure. Everything was on text and same info we could search alone online. We expect much more than what in reality show to us.

Chase used to be a premier bank with great service. It's garbage now. This branch in particular among others. ATM never work always broken can't accept deposits or just don't work at all. Never any parking ever doesn't matter what time or morning day or night. Drive thru atm always broke. Inside atm broken always reducing hours. Time to shop for a new bank for my business and personal banking. Chase sucks

The bank teller Amanda doesnt have any customer service experience what so ever. Went this morning to turn in $11 worth of dollar coins and quarters and she didnt want to give me dollars. Instead told me to save more quarters and come back with it coined roll wrapped. WHAT NO! Ive been banking with Chase for decades and Im now reconsidering! She was rude and no help! Isnt that your job to help us as customers! So dissappointted.

The ATM has a lot of graffiti scraped into it. I really think they should get that covered up since it does say bad words as well.

I really like this branch. The store is kept clean and the lines are rarely long. The employees (both tellers and those working at desks) are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job of both getting what you need done quickly, while also giving you a personal experience and friendly chit chat. Even when waiting in line it never feels like someone is dragging things along or moving slowly. My only complaint about this branch isn't really with the branch. It's with the location. The parking lot this location shares is one of my least favorite in the area. The spots are tiny, people are always parking in 2 spots, and it's always packed. There are just too many big businesses in this lot for what they offer parkingwise. I really wish there were more "bank parking only" spots during regular business hours. I can't tell you how many times I've had to park all the way across the lot just to go in & spend less than 5 minutes in the branch. It's just annoying. I try to do as much as I can via the drive thru ATM at this branch because of this downside. But, if you can find a spot, you're in for a very good in person banking experience.
