Came in here a few times , needing help on a few accounts, both older and new. i needed things from specific times and dates. Eric was able to help me out greatly, he got everything organized and printed for me. It was lots of papers, took the stress of finding it myself, away. Thank you

Bad counter service with an attitude, worse chase bank I ever been to. I hope the upper management can see this review and will be considered training their staffs at the counter. Thank you for making me feel like you don't want my business.

Bryson was what I'd call the top shelf teller of security and authentication. I've been a victim of fraud and I never felt safer with the suspicion I received at this branch today. In a bold new world where wearing a mask to the back is the norm having an identity breach is wearisome situation. Knowing Chase representatives like Bryson are at the helm makes me feel safe and secure. Thanks sir!

This is the worst chase bank, makes you wait and makes a big deal about deposit into your own account. I didn't have my ID and they didn't want to deposit my cash. They should train all their employees the same if they need an ID to deposit not even withdraw.

I do the banking for all my family members. Most of my bank via online or app. But this time I have to bring my mom to the branch with her ID for verification to open up her online banking. It was last Saturday morning, we walked in, there was one customer just finished transaction and walking out, me and my mom was only customer in the branch. There are three employees in the branch. one employee on the phone, the teller inside and a banker sit at desk outside, he was picking his nails. No greeting. So I asked the banker since he was the one closer to us. He informed us he has appointment. He couldn't help us, it will take at least 15-20 minutes, we have to make an appointment and come back after 2pm. It was 10:20am, I asked if anyone else could help us or we could wait for 30 minutes. He told us no, we have to make appointment first, no one can help us! We were outside about 10 minutes, try to figure out what to do. No other customer walked in. I finally decided to take my 80 years old mom to the other branch at reseda, which we have this done in 5 minutes. I don't think we will going to this branch again.

Before, everytime I come to this bank for some business reason I always sign my name and wait for more than 20 minutes and see staff talking to each other but recently it's been good service especially a service from Robert Dunn, Personal Banker. Robert Dunn helped me open new account and other stuff that I needed for my real estate business. Chase needs more staff like Robert Dunn.
